when do vend creatures return?

i wanted a hallowolf but the stock is low and i only have 35 tokens, so i'm not sure if i'll be able to get one in time. the announcement says that vend creatures can return, does that usually happen? how long does it take for them to come back?

I've been working on a Questing Guide and towards the bottom of my initial post I'm currently working on updating release dates for all of the VEND creatures.

So far, the Hallowolf has had 2 releases in the VEND. The first one was Oct 7 - Nov 27, 2018, and the 2nd release was Sept 21, 2022. So if that almost 4 year gap in between the releases is anything to go by, then it will likely be a while before it comes back again. Although there have been some creatures, such as the Perukey, that only had ~2 years in between their releases.
