Your creature Kilmer has evolved to stage 3! My kilantern is at third stage and I want to freeze it but is not showing hatched

Freeze it regardless, it'll work! 😊

If it isn't showing up on your screen as the stage it should be in, you should still be able to freeze it and it'll be frozen in the stage you want. I've done this before. Eventually, the image will update to the third stage. If you're on PC, try hitting ctrl + F5 for a hard refresh. That always updates creature images for me. I hope this helps!

It's showing as the teen stage to me (ball of black fluff with a black face and blue eyes). But I agree it's most likely an image cache issue on your device.

If the ctrl+F5 doesn't work, there is a link/button to Recache on the My Cove/Your Creatures page.

Clearing my browser's cache always does the job ^^
if you're using Google Chrome:
Go to browser settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data > Select 'Caches images and files' (Time range: All time) > Clear data

For other browsers, just search them up on google 😊
