Items apparently received but not showing in inventory

I had an item sent to me and the usual notification pops up saying it's now in my inventory, but nothing is showing up. I have plenty of inventory space so I'm confused on what could've happened ?¿? (I also checked my shop and strongroom and quite unsurprisingly, nothing there either.)

Very strange, I'm not seeing that item either. I've let Ian know and hopefully he can figure out what void your item got sent too.
