What is an Olimpt worth?

Olimpts are le eggs correct? So they should be worth other le eggs! Why is it that every single lot says for a shamrue or a tine, or a luvlie? I have been looking for one forever and I always get turned down because when i offer le eggs my offer isn't "worth it."
