Which was the 24th May 2025 (or as I'm writing this yesterday, so it should be safe to ask this as the answer has been given).I was just wondering how players were meant to find the answer?Especially with the answer being a hidden/secret stage of a rare creature. Rare as in 1169 of 1169 in the population chart ( https://eggcave.com/archives/rarities#requin ). While it can take time, sometimes lots of time flicking through individual pages of the archives, the picture questions could eventually be found. But not so with the Requin.

@minnie298a That's a good question! I knew it immediately just because I know what the stages look like, but there is no straight-forward way of figuring out something like that if you don't already know it. For most creatures you could, if you really wanted, go through the entire archive to find the right picture, but when it's a hidden stage that's not possible and I can't think of any other way to do it.(I have a feeling that this might be a case of the trivia algorithm simply not taking into consideration the existence of hidden stages because it was overlooked when the code was first made, in which case, curious if that might ever be addressed.)

@heatherm19 Yeah, with other picture clues, flipping page to page is an option. Normally I have a rough idea where to start (cave, csp, year etc) and can narrow it down a little with the tags. However, I only look for a couple of minutes and if I haven't found it, I put a random answer in to trigger the notification and move on. Thing is, I even have a Requin and didn't recognize it at all.I was thinking it was something that just fell through a crack. Most creatures are fully visible. It probably wouldn't have been so bad for me if it was any other Thief shop creature as I may have been able to work it out. Newer or not as active players, maybe not.
