Click Exchange

One day I decided to click on Click Exchange clicks preferred, which brought me about 400 XC since that day the number hasn't decreased, currently I have 965 because no one is doing Click Exchange. I would love for someone to click it and spend my 965 XC.

@jajce How many creatures do you have in the Exchange? Do you have them at clicks only, feeds preferred, or all?

It definitely isn't used as much as it used to be, but I do see my XC decreasing slowly. In my experience I get more interaction if my creatures have either clicks or feeds selected instead of all, though I don't know if that's true generally.

Today the Monthly Challenge has 'Click 200 Exchange Creatures' as one of the tasks, so maybe you'll get a bit of interaction today.

I don't feel the XC is as utilized as much as it could or should be. The Monthly Challenge/Daily Tasks has helped a bit and I definitely see an difference in my credits when it's a task. I've also noticed an increase in use during events that feature feeding (Valentine's day and Halloween).

I have used the XC as my primary feeding list pretty much since it was first introduced (and have the credits to show for it). For me they are creatures that are safe to feed and click. But I don't actually feed the "Click Preferred" creatures. For some reason it feels wrong as it's an extra step.

And just because I have them, here are some random XC stats.....
08 June - Double Feed Day - I encountered 2424 creatures in the XC. Which is significantly lower that normal.
11 May - Double Feed Day - I encountered about 4387 creatures. Of which 572 where Clicks and the other 3887 where Feed or Any.
13 April - Double Feed Day - I encountered about 3652 creatures. 538 where click, leaving 3114 others.
I have many more days of stats like this. Some DFD, some other random days. Parmidge has some from January 2023, and an explanation on how I gather my data.

But normally I find between 3k and 4k creatures on any day I clear the XC. Some of which belong to players who have gotten the free XC each day, so are getting clicks without interacting with others creatures.

One of my creatures (Stendo the Kendo) was put in the XC minutes after I got him from the SARC. So in the roughly 592 days he's existed he has gotten 2484 of his 4809 clicks through the XC, which is about 4 a day. My 3 most recently placed creatures have gotten 11, 8 and 7 clicks in the 7 days they've been there.

I did do a slightly more in-depth note taking session in August 2024. Basically over a week I got 158 clicks through the exchange. 70 came on a 200XC clicks day, and another 52 on a 100XC clicks day. Averaged out to 7.9 clicks per creature, or 22.5 clicks a day, or 1.1 clicks per creature per day. Stendo has gotten nearly 900 clicks in the roughly 49 weeks since then.

I do clicks preferred every day and some days I get through all the click there are. Today I have to do 300 feeds for dailies so I'll click and feed.

Your points go down eventually; it just takes a while. Unfortunately, the click exchange is a lot of work. Doesn't help that people probably don't know about Link Clump Plus to help make it more accessible from a physical standpoint.
