Ninth grade is about right to start dating.
People actually start acting their age and mature.
and if their in high school and breaking up with their girlfriends over text,
screw him.

Well, looks like everyone gave the same advice I would.
He's not worth it.
And if you're not in high school, the chances of him not being a jerk are low.
Sorry about him though.
Go and find someone better. 😉
