Very happy that so many people have participated thus far, and hopefully we can get a few more participants before the contest closes. Given that there have been 13 participants as of the time of writing, I will not be extending the deadline. The official deadline is tonight, Thursday the 16th at 11:59PM. So if you are just seeing this now, or saw this a week ago and put it off, make sure to get your submissions in!

Sorry about the delay, but after lots of consideration and mulling over and hemming and hawing and similar thought-processing activities, I have finally decided the winners of the Reverse Fashion Show!There were plenty of great entries, which made the judging quite difficult, and I am very happy that all of yall took the time to participate in this contest. For each trinket, I selected one winning stage (or two, edge case, you'll see), and each user that submitted that stage will be deemed a winner for that trinket.~~~~~~~~~~Link to album showing the winners and honorable mentions for each trinket: https://ibb.co/album/dWdSzyWinning CombosCarry the Egg (Sorien Stage 2) - Slysal S2 by @valorieviolet & @isisThis one was tough, but I ended up choosing the Slysal over other good combos like Garast S4 or Gravemaw S4. I like how the colors go well, and it looks like the Slysal is actually carrying the egg. Plus the wing doesn't look off. Congrats valorieviolet and isis!Control Rings (Compewt Stage 4) - Naleli S4 by @flipperThis one was pretty easy, actually. Not saying that the other combos submitted were bad, but this one was definitely the best combo. I love how it ties in both the purple background and the gold rings and makes it feel like the Naleli belongs there. Plus, it covers up most of the Compewt outline that hurt many other combos. Congrats flipper!Demon Garb (Balrogipuwet Stage 4) - Xeruna S4 by @daisycatThis combo doesn't utilize the wings as intended, but it fits so well in the color scheme and different effects in the trinket that I had to choose this one. Just look at it and you'll agree. It was tough choosing between this one and Vecker S2 but ultimately this one won me over. Congrats daisycat!Giant Globear (Globear S2) - Lorikeve S2 by @daisycatThis combo was my favorite because I love how it feels like the globear is looking into a little terrarium. Plus, the lorikeve colors match the presents on the side. Congrats daisycat!Grapefruit (Othgog Stage 1) - Tokk S2 by @opalquinzeI ultimately chose this Tokk stage because I like how it fills that gap on the table(?), and overall fits the color scheme while not really blending in. It's that first point that separated this combo from Spoto S2, although I really love how the Spoto is hanging off of the grapefruit. Plus, the art styles make it feel like the Tokk belongs there. It's the better combo. Congrats opalquinze!Hyperspeed (Seleni Stage 4) - Samneid S4 by @queueyouJust look at this combo. This is amazing. I love this so much. It fits the trinket so well. Another combo that was submitted was Tsukai S4, and it looks great in this trinket, but Samneid looks like this trinket was made for it. Congrats queueyou!Neon Lights (Batteron Stage 3) - Raskoon S3 by @isisThere were plenty of great submissions for this one, but ultimately it was the purple fur of the Raskoon that separated it from the pack. Congrats isis!Red Glow (Viranov Stage 4) - Dytoroko S4 by @sartreI think Sartre submitted three of my top 4 picks for this trinket, and it was the Dytoroko that won it for me. I like how the dark gap from the viranov doesn't stand out as an outline but plays into the combo well. Congrats sartre!Saxophone (Clocat Stage 3) - Olimpt S3 and Funneki S4 by @flipper and @jarshaI chose two winners here because I genuinely could not decide between the two. They're both so good and fit the trinket incredibly well. They both are playing the piano and fit the color scheme very well. The purple in Funneki fits the background a bit more, while the Olimpt looks like it's another cat in the band, and I simply couldn't pick my favorite. So, congrats to flipper and jarsha!Seedling Monster (Kinump Stage 1) - Daisypus S1 by @queueyouThis trinket was a hard one for many people, but I think the Daisypus fits this trinket nicely. I like how the pink from the flowers makes the Daisypus pop out, and it looks like it's scared of the monster above it. Congrats queueyou!Slug Friends (Tokaroz Stage 4) - Reostus S4 by @queueyouPeople also had a hard time with this trinket. That green slug at the top made a lot of possibly good combos tricky or weird. But the Reostus here is the best of the bunch, as it plays into the color scheme well and it looks like the Reostus is just having a good time with their slug friends. Congrats queueyou!The Painter (Stegga Stage 4) - Cloveater S4 by @flipper and @daisycatThere were many good entries for this one, but the Cloveater is the best here, as it is interacting with the painting and its color scheme fits well with the painting and the background too. Congrats flipper and daisycat!Water Bath (Flyen Stage 3) - Serpede S2 by @valorievioletThis is another trinket with many great entries, but I personally love how it looks like the Serpede is partially hanging off the birdbath and also how it looks like its claws are gripping the edge of the bath. Overall the best entry, despite many other good ones like literally every Frogike stage and also Piki stage 2, somehow. Woah so awesome! That’s so funny I got a win on one I had such a hard time putting together! Congratulations everyone! All the combinations look SO good! omg these are soo good!!! i'm gagginggg at some of these -- the clocat stage 3 travel especially had such fantastic entries!! and those divas wearing the balrog stage 4 travel wow yous cooked ❤️ this was such a fun challenge and congrats to the winners!!! 😃 ❤️
