Creature name problem

Alright so I've had my Trefulp called Puffclover for quite some time and everything was going fine and all until one day (a couple days ago, I thought it would come to normal) I've noticed that under his picture there's no name, gender or lvl of it.. so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to do in such a case? Unless it's only a problem on my phone then idk..

I have no idea what's going on, but I can confirm that I get the same issue with your Puffclover on both my phone and laptop. I fed them to see if that would like, reset it somehow? But no luck.

One heck of a glitch.

DEFINITELY make sure to submit a ticket on this issue.

I would have suggested trying to rename it (the same thing), but a glitch this big, you should let Ian check into it before messing with it.

Thank you @merit and @snowywinter for checking it out as well I really had no clue what to do about it..sent a ticket to the staff so I guess now it's just a waiting game..

@the_egg_hunter Sorry that you ended up with having the odd one out. Every so often there's an interesting anomaly. Like a creature that ends up with a space before its name.

I do hope it gets taken care of quickly. (But even if things weren't as backlogged as they have been lately, when things are functionally normally, small bugs like that generally don't fixed over the weekend. I'd say not to get your hopes up at least until Monday.)

NgL... Now i have "I'm just a Trefulp prancing/traipsing/gallivanting through the clover" popping up in my head every so often. ^^
