Side account + thief shop?

hi squad, i was wondering if anyone knows whether we're allowed to visit the thief shop on side accounts?
i would think it's fine since using your side account doesn't offer any kind of advantage (unlike the cave/asteroid) but i wanted to double check in case i'm wrong !
