O_O I NEED HELP!!!

I wanna do a whirlpool background (That looks realistic with paint cos I don't have photoshop) and have a girl (fairy on top of it) But I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO LAKES WITH RIPPLES. I've got the girl sorted out, and I'm doing her, BUT HOW DO I DO THE LAKE AS REALISTIC???

What paint do you have? Gauche? Arcryllic? It varies.

@Arcticwonders: "Paint" could've meant a number of different programs. I like to get the specific name of the program before attempting to help.

@Angel_Star: It's really hard to get anything to look realistic using MS Paint, but if you're able to download things, I have just the program that could do what you want... 😉
