I haven't ever seen a Roo egg.
I have seen 2 doovoo eggs
I have seen lots of macbot eggs
I have seen 1 Eleymo egg
I have seen about 4 Onny eggs
I have seen about 4 Tine eggs
I have seen 3 Ragon eggs
I have seen 2 Florn eggs

You?

Well actually the first Roo egg is a secret I think... ^^;
And @sudz has the second frozen Roo egg.

I've only ever seen like 1 Doovoo egg though.. o.O
And there's only 2 Shaibun eggs.

Yeah. Plenty. (Especially from my memory of the 2010CRW xD)
But probably most of them hatched by now...

So I'd say I've seen about 7+ unhatched ones? There are probably more than that though.
Same goes for the rest of the 2010CRW creatures.

yeah, of course there were plenty when they came out, but now :/ I traded too much for my Ragon egg.

When see see some people's coves, they have heaps and heaps of kind-of rare eggs, 4-5 of each, and they have lots of different types. But I dunno, it just seems to loose the specialness.
