Annibelle flinched as the person opened the lights. Now, the place looked too bright, WAY too bright. She was used to dark places. Following the person, she wondered if the people are friendly here.

Milicent grabbed the flashlight with ease. She turned it on and covered the plastic with her palm. When she squeezed her hand, the light was drained out instantly. Milicent turned it off and set it down on the table.
