'The beetles are back.' Dimitri says, looking at her. 'Let's get deeper inside the mine. It'll be safer.' He leads her in to where everyone else was.

Nector: I come to the mine the beetles so close to me. I whisper the 'hawk dives' and run in. I find the others and run past them. I do a cart wheel just to show off.

'Oh, Goddess...' Poppy stays outside, holding a piece of wood to hit the beetles back with. I yell out in pain as a beetle bites my leg. I swat it off and make sure none of the beetles come close to the door.

Josh: I shot my gun trying to kill one of the beetles. "Bulls eye." I said smiling killing one.

Poppy smiles at him and laughs, 'Nice one.' She takes out her sword and does some fancy slicing and dicing. 'Beetle stew tonight?'

Poppy grins then goes back to work, twirling around. She laughs, having fun killing the pests. She stops and yelps as a beetle bites her neck. She tears the beetle off, feels blood running down her neck, but ignores the pain and keeps working.

Mike: I sword goes past my head killing the last beetle. I turn around seeing nector smiling. "You always had a good aim." I said.

Poppy sighs in relief, but falls to her knees, holding her neck. The beetles had a small amount of poison in them, but she had gotten bitten many times.

Mike: I run over and pick her up. I knew exactly how to get the poison out. I sucked the poison out of her saving her life. I kiss her on the cheek smiling.

Poppy: I put an arm around Mike's neck and whisper 'Thank you...' into his ear before passing out from exhaustion.

Mike: I hold her in my arms and walk past Nector.

Nector: "Lover." I say in a whisper to him. "Don't be out too late." I smile.

Dimitri sees Mike walk past, carrying Poppy in his arms. He walks over to Nector and Josh. 'Are the beetles dead?'

Poppy: I flash in and out of consciousness for a while.

Poppy: I wake up and smile at Mike, blinking sleepily.

Dimitri: 'Come on then,' I say, putting a hand on her lower back, guiding her back into the mine shaft.

Poppy: I stretch and wince from the bug bites. 'So, either I'm in heaven right now, or this is the best dream I've ever had.' I laugh. 'I'm betting on heaven.'
