Sora took the warm blanket gratefully, and watched the commotion, finally coming back to Earth. She was feeling a little left out as Nector came back with the crackers, but she was still too frozen to move as her foot cracked painfully.

I look around and see someone with a blanket. I walk over to her with another packet of crackers. "Here." I say handing them over to her. I look back over to Dimitri. "There's a convince store just a little ways away most of the stuff is stale but still edible." I said.

"Thanks." Sora muttered. She got up painfully, and stuffed the crackers in her pocket. Draping the blanket over her like a cloak, she went over to Dimitri and Poppy. "So, where are we going now?"

I walk in the bushes and trees and I almost disappear. Although I'm still right there but out of view.

'I'm not quite sure. Poppy should be deciding that now.' Dimitri turns, looking for Poppy.

Poppy jumps down from the tree and walks over to the group. 'We leave for Las Vegas city at dawn.' She says curtly, stretching.

'hmm' I thought. 'I'm going to there before them. I don't know why but I think I should' I thought again. With that I went up into the trees and waited for them to fall asleep.

Poppy stays awake while everyone else falls asleep. She takes on the first night shift. Quietly, she walks the perimiter, looking all around.

I sigh very quietly so no one can hear. I quickly go from branch to branch with very little movement. I go from tree to tree even quieter. I slip and I hold on I swing to another branch like a monkey. I know that you are wondering how I do all of this. Don't you? Well, let's just say that took advanced gymnastics.

Josh: I jump down thinking I was caught.

Nector: I jump down and see someone I think I know. If I see a silver gun than I know for sure if it's him.

Poppy whips out her dagger, holding it by Josh's throat. 'Who are you, and what do you want?' She asks, tilting her head up in an intimidating way. She doesn't notice Nector.

Josh: "Josh Jump. Now-"

Nector: "Put the dagger down." I said in a commanding way. "He's my brother." I said sighing. "Who lied to me so, let me handle this." I said.

Poppy glares at Nector. 'And where, shall I ask, were YOU going?' She takes the dagger away, looks Josh up and down, smirks, and slides the dagger into her boot. She looks back at Nector, her eyes carry a dangerous glint.

Nector: I glare back at her. "Why should you know? You treat me like dirt and look at me like I'm rat. I would consider that being an obsticale in your way. Now if we were better 'friends' maybe I would tell you but now I don't think so." I said.

Josh: My mouth dropped. I don't believe that she just sounded so, grown up. I was more used to using small words and not sounding so, mature. But, then again that was when she was eight years old.

Poppy's frowns turning away. 'Well, I'm just sorry you won't stick around long enought forus to become 'friends.'' She frowns again and jumps up, pulling herself up onto a branch, a single tear drops from her cheek, and she looks back one time. 'But, you know. I doubt you'd want to be friends with me. And,' She pauses. 'I don't mean to treat you like dirt. You seem way better than that. You're not a rat either.' She clentches her jaw and jumps to the next branch, cursing as she scratches her arm on another branch.

Sora slept soundly through the night, until she was woken up by the commotion. Pretending to be asleep still, she listened intently to their conversation. She had a feeling that Poppy liked Nector as a friend, even though they had met recently, Sora guessed.

Nector: I take a gulp. "Do that for reason." I said.

Josh: I ran up to nector to give her a hug. "Oh Nicole," I said.

nector: "it's nector and i don't know you any more." I say, Running away.

Poppy stops, hearing someone run away. She turns around, jumps to the ground, and goes back to where Josh was. 'Did she run?' She asks, ready to go after her. Poppy looks around, noticing how quiet everything was. 'Crud... Go! Follow this path. You'll come to a mine shaft, knock on the wooden door and say, 'The hawk dives.' You'll get in. I'm going after Nector.' She turns away, her tracker eyes seeing the moving plants of where Nector went. A soft droaning noise starts and she curses, turning back to Josh. 'Go! Now!' She darts away, chasing after Nector.

Poppy catches up with Nector and stops directly infront of the girl. 'You need to head back, now.' The droaning was getting louder. Poppy looks behind her, worried. She turns back to Nectorine. 'The beetles are flying over here again. Do you remember what happened last time they came? They destroyed everything. They killed my little brother. We need to head back and take shelter.'

'Why don't you stop thinking about yourself, for once, and start thinking about all the people that just met you that already care about you.' Poppy says, putting her hands on her hips. 'My brother already trusts you completely.'

Dimitri goes into the mine and stays with everyone else. He worries about Poppy.

Sora immediately got up after Poppy ran after Nector and ran to the mine. "The hawk dives." she said quiet, but not too quiet.
It was dark, and Sora didn't like it, but it left no choice with the odd droning. It sounded like some sort of bug, and she waited there impatiently.

As poppy took first watch, Silv slipped through the trees trying to be as silent as possible. She heard new voices and poppy arguing with a guy and girl. Silv continued walking, farther from the encampment. She was right about to walk past the 3 people when she stepped on a twig. It cracked, disturbing the air with a sharp sound. "Crap" Silv muttered under her breathe, she froze and thought "Hopeully they didnt hear"
