Then he saw a girl coming their way. His brain wanted him to run away, but he knew better. Only people like him could enter the gate.

Memories flooded into her mind, memories she wanted to lock away. "Re-Red water...." She choked. "Th-They tok away everything..... everything I had..And-" That was all before she broke down into tears.

By the time I reached the two figures, actually, they were a boy and a girl, I was panting. I rested my hands on my weary knees that begged and pleaded against the weight my hands threw upon them. Reluctantly, I lifted my head up and whipped my still-damp hair back. I looked up at the strangers inquisitively, wondering if they had any more idea about the storm and the droplets then I did.

"Hey."

I said, trying to be as nonchalant as possible, when really, my nerves were buzzing and screaming, building up and urging my legs to run, run, run.

Aron putted his arm on her shoulder, giving Cillic someone to keep her standing. "It must be horrible, you can tell it to me if you want." He looked at the other girl who was getting much closer.

"R-Red rain... Shadows.... Scientists.... Mother.... Dead..... Needle..... Capture..... Army...." Those were the only words that were able too come out of her mouth and actually be able to be understood.

Aron froze by hearing Red Rain, puzzle parts formed a picture in his head. He knew something and wished it would have never happened. But he hugs her, "You are safe with me, and it's getting dark. I know a good place to sleep."

She didn't know why, but she knew that she could trust him. Silic nodded silently as he hugs her. Warm... just like her mother.....

Aron started walking, still holding Silic in his arms. After he found a good place he putted Silic down and searched for some sticks. With the energy he took from a tree he burned them and made a bon fire. Then he walked away again to search for soft moss to sleep on.

I paused a moment before following the two. Yeah yeah, I guess I'm not supposed to follow random strangers, but I don't know... I had a feeling about these two. Chills and frostbite pounced on me from behind as I tucked my hands in my pockets.

She kept silent as the boy put her down. Her eyes stung from excessive tears and had turned red. Her eyes followed him as he lit up some sticks. Thoughts raced through his mind. 'Fire? Air?' She thought. 'Just.... what does he have?'

I blinked, my eyes wide in shock. They hadn't noticed me following them? I didn't think I was being very surreptitious, and I definitely didn't like the idea of being deceptive. I immediately put my own guard up though, ready to jump into a defensive stance. I didn't want to show my own powers yet.

"I come in peace...?"

I said, trying not to sound like the insane freak that I was.

Silic heard the boy say, 'Who are you?' pretty loudly. She slowly stood up and followed where she had seen him walk. After reaching a turn, Silic saw another girl. "I come in peace." The girl said, with a questioning tone. Silic hid at the edge and continued to peek out.

I noticed my doubtful response didn't really have the effect I intended it to, but I didn't mind the ridicule and helped look for the moss like that boy said. While searching, I saw a girl peaking out at me, hesitant and timid, like a frightened child, scanning the halls for passing by parents. I wanted to smile, but who knows when the ghost of a laugh or the remnants of joy that life had left me would pass by again?

Aron found enough moss and made beds, then he noticed Silic was gone. He got worried a bit and called her name.

Silic noticed the new girl stealing a glance at her. After a few moments, the words just registered in her messed up mind. 'Looking at me...? OH CRAP.' She thought as her eyes widened. 'She must have noticed me!' She thought furiously as she ducked behind the edge again.

I wandered a bit and handed the boy a few clumps of moss. I then turned back to the tedious task, letting my mind drift as I scavenged the terrain.

As my mind drifted, it came across the events of the past twelve hours. I remembered the pounding in my head [And the stranger in my bed- glitter all over the room... TGIF xP ], Mom and Kylie, and I remembered the pain and the blood that dripped down, blurring my vision. The rain poured harshly and the wind shrieked and screamed, and then there were those red droplets, their blood, Mom and Kylie's blood...

I wanted to scream out, but I restrained myself. I couldn't let them know my weaknesses.

Aron thought Silic would be fine. He left a note written on a piece of old paper he found:
" I'm making a walk, just need some time to think. There are berries you can roast on your bed.

Aron."

He started walking and found a nice cliff to sit on. He stared at the sea as the wind pulled on his hair and clothes.

Silic noticed her name being called and calmed her expression. 'Maybe if it would be best if I were not to show my feelings for now..' She thought. (L-KUN! ❤️~) She called back to the boy. "Yes?" She said calmly, walking back to the camp.

It's considered a camp right?

Aron focused on the sounds of the sea, almost feeling it flow in harmony with his blood. Being one with the sea. Arons eyes slowly turned ocean blue, he got water energy. He started to think about alot. The storm. The pain. The death. The red rain, his red rain...

Silic went back to the camp only to find a note. 'I'm making a walk, just need some time to think. There are berries you can roast on your bed.' It wrote. I moved the note a little to find berries beneath it. "Roasting berries..." I breathed as I took a stick and stuck it through a berry, roasting it.

BERRIES CAN BE ROASTED?? XD!

I sat still, contemplating things for a bit. I noticed Mousy- yes, I make names for people- roasting a berry. I wondered on the concepts of berry roasting and decided against it. Would I eventually have to speak to her? I presumed so, but instead I layed on my bed of soft moss, the dampness giving me a chill. I restrained my teeth from chattering as the wind played with my hair softly.

Silic saw the new girl glance towards her as she laid on the bed of moss. Her tiny shivers showed signs of freezing. (sorry my brain has been dead today. good thing there wasn't much classes.) She plucked one roasted berry from the stick she'd been using and stood. She walked over to the new girl and held out her hand. "Want a berry?" She said, tone ice cold.
