Ok. RP TIME.
Silic managed to make it out of the lab and run away but now they know for sure she's a storm child. She tried to focus on a human's shadow and manage to teleport to a whole new place. She found herself stumbling. Unlike the non-moving objects, trying to control human shadows were hard, since they enclosed around her so tightly, she almost doesn't have space. She manage to escape the shadow but came face to face with hazel eyes.

Actually, Being able to mind read and clairvoyance through words are different. Mind reading is know exactly what they think. Clarivoyance that @whitefall is talking about is being able to see if their telling the truth. Totally different.

Satoru entered the class and everyone turned to stare at him. The teacher glared, and Satoru rubbed his back guiltily, which the teacher successfully interpreted as an apology.
Strange kid, the teacher thought. Doesn't talk much. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever met his parents...?
Satoru sat down at the back of the class and fished out his book from the bottom of his bag.
"-and they told all the students who were in that weird rain to go to the deans office..." The girl in the row infront of him chatted. Satoru twitched.

Julianna walked along the path. The sky was stormy, almost angry. Then, suddenly, a storm came down, full of red. Like a storm of blood. It washed over her, as others screamed. A warm feeling came over her, a new, powerful throbbing inside her awakened. Then the storm awakened. Yet she was not drenched.

Satoru thought back to last night. What had happened? All he remembered was going out and the weird rain... Did something happen? He'd woken up on the ground. Thought maybe his injuries had made him lose consiousness. No, they weren't that bad. Maybe he'd just fallen asleep. He fell back into bed. Overslept.
He flexed one hand. Everything -felt- the same. His classmates returned to their work. Everything -looked- the same.
This was pointless.

Julianna felt a throbbing in her mind, and the world seemed to rack around her. THen, she 'heard' someone think about lollipops and rainbow lands. She looked around. But no one was talking. Was SHE hallincunating? She scowled, but then she 'heard' someone want to climb under the chair and a second later they did it. What did that mean?

All I could hear was the pounding of blood in my ears.
I couldn't see anything clearly, but I could make out red droplets with my sight. Am I just imagining this?

I couldn't. Because a second later the red droplets gathered, but they didn't blend, I could make out all the red droplets.
It formed a red droplet tornado around me, then,
it swarmed and dissolved on me.

"Hey kid. We owe you one from last time," a hand grabbed his shoulder from behind and he started. He hadn't expected those bullies to come back at him so soon. The group leered at him. No one was in the area. He'd let his guard down, and they'd cornered him. Satoru detatched the hand swiftly and stood up, his eyes quickly sizing his opponents up. He was outnumbered. They were bigger and stronger. No hope of a teacher passing by. "Whassthematter, cat got your tongue?" One snarled.
The principal had promised to expel him if he got in any more fights. Satoru let out a small sigh.
"So, what will it be? A few more to match the ones on your arms? How about on your face this time?" The leader sniggered. "Won't your mommy think you popular with the cats in your neighborhood?"
The guy knew Satoru had no mother. He was taunting him. Satoru just shrugged.
"Ah, whatever," the leader growled, then gestured and the pack advanced on him. Satoru tensed, focussing intently on exactly where he was going to go. Through there.... Now!
He sprinted, pushing, pushing at his limits.
