After reviewing your feedback and taking a look at the current Cave distribution with common species, we understand that getting CRW creatures during this 8-day period is extremely difficult. To adjust for this, we have officially boosted your chances of receiving CRW-specific creatures from the Cave for the duration of the event. Never before have we done this but we definitely feel that it's necessary as Cave commons continue to grow each year.

Egg Cave's last batch of servers (yes, we have many!) will be patched and upgraded to address the Spectre and Meltdown hardware vulnerabilities on 17 January 2018 at 12:00 AM ECT. The site will go offline for approximately 5-10 minutes. As a result, the next CRW creature release may be delayed by a few minutes.
This is the final scheduled maintenance for Egg Cave that our datacenter has notified us about. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Every day for one week, we'll be releasing brand-new, never-before-seen creatures in the Cave for you to collect. The final day of Creature Release Week is the 8th day, when all creatures are available from the Cave.
All creature stages will be revealed at the end of the week. The rest are hidden. Cave attempts are increased to 25 per day but will return to the normal 10 attempts per day after the final (8th) day.
