The Advent Tree has been fixed. Sorry about that!
We have received multiple reports that our monthly leaderboards for views, clicks, and feed stats did not reset on December 1 despite the winners being rewarded for their placements. For this reason, on 12:35 PM ECT of December 6 (the time of this blog), monthly leaderboards have been reset to 0.
The monthly leaderboards this month will run from the time of this blog post to December 31 at 11:59 PM ECT and players will be rewarded for stats gained during this time period.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
Sorry for the delay! December's monthly trinkets have arrived at Trinket Travels. Find them restocking there to decorate your Christmastime creatures with something extra-special.
Ark, Ark City, and Leila explore maps have all been updated to include hover tooltips with destination descriptions and also include image map support for mobile devices, tablets, and phones.
If you've ever tried to use a map from a mobile device before, you've probably noticed that you're not taken to the correct destination when you tap or touch. This has been fixed! FINALLY!

Team Egg Cave welcomes you to the month of December. And you know what December means, right?! The Advent Tree is back and available for daily visiting. Don't visit from your side accounts; main accounts only.
Find the Advent Tree under the Explore navigation dropdown.
Sides will be suspended from the Advent Tree when they are found.
In all years past, whenever the Advent Tree has given out Egg Cave creatures, it has not followed your Cove spaces. In other words, even if you were over the limit in Cove spaces, the Advent Tree would still give you a new creature.
This has changed. The Advent Tree will now only give you a creature reward if you have Cove spaces available. Make room before visiting daily!
December's Cash Shop Monthlies have arrived! Say hello to the Tinoud and Pengift, suggested by @marner and @icesparkle22 respectively. Thank you for your contribution! They've been the first to receive their creature for free.
December's Cave Monthlies are just as gorgeous and Christmassy! Find them in the Cave through the end of the month. This is the Globear and Cozi. Many thanks to @poptarts and @disney, respectively, for the fan art submissions for these creatures. They've each received a copy of theirs free, too.
