Anyways, ideas are appreciated on this website, but just always keep in mind that's it's an adoptables site, honey. Like Squibbly or such, it's not made to be like Neopets, Marapets etc.

Don't ever forget that. Ideas are always liked if they improve a web...

Well, like the others, sorry @whitefire , EggCave is an adoptable site, not a pet site. It's where we trade and evolve little critters...not to groom pets and such...but hey, you can always roleplay about it? <:]

1-Sorry, but it doesn't protect against hackers. Hackers are hackers BECAUSE they go through your passwords. It WOULD make the site safer though.

2-This one, I like. It would save us the trouble to comment on profiles and it's convenient.

I don't agree. At least 75% of this site doesn't have CC. So it would be unfair to most users that cannot get it. And it would be weird losing track of your best friend because you don't know what they changed their username to. Then also, CC capitalism is terrible. This site is revolving around CC....

@poppet Asking people to feed your eggs is against the rules. The best way to get your eggs fed is to feed other people's eggs. If you tell them that you fed their creatures most will return the favor. This is also a good way to meet new friends on this site.

A noob is a person that deliberately PRETENDS to be a new person on a site, [and even if they are new,] they are very greedy.

I disagree. Ian has successfully run this site for more than 2 years while, at the same time, going to school and balancing real life issues. He has fixed bugs, he finds time every day to go on Egg Cave, and he is forced to think of solutions to problems that will be just and fair. He...

Whenever I log in, it takes me to the homepage of the site, and it says I'm not logged in. Then when I click on a topic on the livepulse, then it says I'm logged in. Is this happening to anybody else?

@chowchow2012 It might just be your iPod. This site wasn't made to be used on phones and iPods and stuff like that. If you do it on a computer/laptop, you can do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) and/or clear your cache 😊 It was probably a problem your end.

@angelbones - Exactly. I remember my sister GIVING away a foo back in the site's first year and now you'd have to pay somewhere around 30$ to get one. Of course, then that user then allowed the foo to die, but that's beside the point. 😋

@angelbones - Yeah, cause I joined another site that was saying 'Come join our site for FREE!' and so I joined, cause the pets looked cute, but then realized you had to buy all but fifteen pets with real money. -_- I felt cheated.

This has been suggested a few times over.

The reason we have CC is to keep the site going, it is how Ian and the artists get paid.

If they don't get paid, we do not have Egg Cave ☹️

I (along with SO many others) do not own a credit card, and to be honest I don't have any means at all to get CaveCash. And so i always admire each month's CC creatures, but i can never buy one. I reckon that there should be a part of the site, maybe in Ark City that you can exchange EC...
