A girl walks into a room and stands in front of a desk. There is a man behind the desk. He is blowing out smoke from his cigar nonchalantly. He opens his mouth. "Tell me what you've found." His tone of voice is bored and uninterested. The girl begins to speak.

"I've found a child that seems to fit our requirements."

"Seems to? I thought I made it quite clear, darling, that a child can't only SEEM to fit our requirements, they must FIT our requirements."

The girl paused before speaking again. "The child fits our requirements." The man behind the desk raised his eyebrow. "And?"

"And the child's name is Patricia."

The man tapped his cigarette against the desk. "Continue observing this "Patricia". Dismissed." The tone of voice in that last word made it clear that if her hunch was wrong, she would receive severe punishment.

@picturebutterfly Well, in order to fully understand the rp, you would have to read the entire rp so you know what's going on..... but, if you do that, you can join! It's just that I want you to know what's going on so that your rp experience can be the best it can be.

Summer woke up in a cage. She touched her neck. The collar was still there. A big man walked in and threw a couple scraps of bread into the cages. "Mornin' sleepin' beauties. Da boss will be here shortly. He walked out of the door and shut it. Iris laughed. "Guess what? These collars are only made of rubber! If I can get enough time, I can chew it off--" she was cut off as the door opened and a pretty woman with her hair in a bun and a cute black dress walked in. She gave them a sickening smile. "Oh hello there, my pets. I have news for you. The testing on all gifted humans is ending. But before you get all cheery, I'll tell you the rest. We're also ending YOU. We've decided that super humans are too dangerous for the safety of the world, so staring with your school, we're killing you all off." she said, all while wearing that stupid smile. Summer's jaw dropped. "Are you a psycho?! That's genocide! And we're only kids!" she screamed in rage and shook the bars of her cage. The woman's smile disappeared. She leaned in close to Summer's cage. "Listen up, you little brat. Sooner or later, this would've had to happen. The world is going to see you as a threat as soon as word of my studies gets out. So, for the better good, you have to die." the woman spat in her face. Summer hissed. "Go to h&#%." Summer growled. The woman spun around and left the room.

~ I realized, indeed that the collars were only rubber. I crinkled my brow and thought of something I could use to get out. "My pencil! You guys, I have a sharpened pencil here! Do you think I can break my collar?" I tried to hold back the worry in my voice. If we just stayed cool-headed we would be fine, I told myself. ~

^ That lady was going to get a mouthful of my fist once I was out. I approved Tricia's pencil idea. It was the best we had.^

~ I grabbed my pencil and started stabbing at the rubber. I was definitely making dents, but they were small, and the pencil was rapidly dulling. I dug my fingernails into the tears in the collar and tried to widen them. ~

Iris kept chewing and clawing at the collar. "There's a tear!" she said, and then resumed chewing. There was a small snap. "Got it." Iris chimed. catcher shrugged and peeked through the bars at Alex's cage, which was next to his. "I don't know...maybe it's all the same? Unless Mike's strength still works." Catcher said.

^ I tried to bend the bars of my cage in a response to Catcher's inquiry. They quivered a bit, and my muscles bunched, and then- nothing. The bars bent ever so slightly, and then I needed a break. "It looks like my strength is weakened a lot." I announced. ^

~ I snapped my collar off. Phew. My pencil was completely ruined now. I used the remains to draw another pencil, which I placed in my pocket. ~
