~ I headed to the library, and dropped off my medical book, which I was finished devouring. I waved to the librarian, who I had befriended almost immediately when I got to the school.I went to the "Powers" book shelf and searched for a couple books. I was especially interested in how we got our powers. If I could find a book on that, it might also describe the nature of our powers, and how they take control. Unfortunately, I found nothing, and I had to consult the librarian. I walked up to her desk. She looked up and gave me a warm smile. "Do you have a question?" I liked how she didn't add a "sweetie" to the back of that sentence, like she did for most of the others. I took it as a sign of respect."Yes, in fact, I do. I was wondering if you had any books on why we have our powers."The librarian gave me an apologetic look before replying, "I'm sorry Tricia, but we don't know anything about that. In fact, I'm not sure anyone knows why we have our powers."I sighed in understanding. "It's alright." I checked out a couple other books and left. ~

"Could've gotten an apolgy." Leon laughed. He rolled over, but flinched. /And my power isn't working./ Leon thought, not sure if that was good or bad. (And he has the mind braclet on again.)

~ I headed back to the infirmary, disappointed at my failure to find any helpful books. I spotted Leon, reeling from a Jade attack and walked over to him. "She's great, isn't she?" I smiled and sat down in the chair next to Leon. ~

(Jade is techicinally still there. O_O XD) Leon grinned. "An angel." he said sacastially. "So, you'll alive? That's good, you were one of the only sane ones." Leon said. "Hey, do you know where everyone is?" asked.

~ "Thanks. Most of us are either helping out or in classes. I got a pass because I'm helping out in the infirmary." I motioned to a cart of supplies. "I'm supposed to keep it filled using my power." ~

(Tell him *_* XD Or you can wait for a moment....) Annabell had to leave Angel. She had to deliver the letter to the nurse. Annabell had a sudden urge to open the letter. Because who it was from was weird... the name... Who was Doctor Larry Hilbert?? Elisa, almost tripping, bumped into Annabell's elbow as they walked down the hallway. "Sorry." Elisa mumbled, and Annabell dropped the letter. Instintivly, Elisa picked up the letter and kept walking. Annabell, not knowing the letter was missing, and rubbing her elbow, walked into the infirmary.

@redfire77 - Nope. 😸 But yes, not good. XD Elisa checked out the name. Larry?? That was one of the main scincetists at the lab... She tore the letter open. A prescription..... "You can pick up Elisa's medcine at the Parmacy on...... This will help keep her in check." Elisa thought for a moment. She pulled out her meds. "Take one at least oncea day to keep from dying." It didn't make any sense. By "Keep her in Check" Elisa thought it should read, "To keep from dying." Elisa crumble the note and threw it in the trash. Annabell was yelled at by the nurse after she lost the letter. The whole "Take care of things" speech. Then, she saw Tricia, and, suprisingly, Leon. She walked over to them.

"Yep." Annabell sighed. "Good to know someone else is still alive." she said to Tricia, grinning. She turned to Leon. "Good to see you're alive, too. I didn't think you would survive, that was ALOT of blood." Leon groaned. "Don't remind me. Also, thanks for saving me there, Annabell." he added, rolling his eyes. "What did you want me to do, magically save you using healing powers I suddenly devolped?" Annabell rolled her eyes back. Leon thought for a moment. "Well, that would've helped." he finally said, grinning.

~ I face turned long. I still couldn't wipe away the scene in the student grounds a night ago. I was silent for a moment."Tricia!" I whipped around. It was Mike. "You're supposed to be in the library right now, the librarian wants you to help organize."I nodded and waved goodbye to Leon and Annabell before heading off, Mike replacing my chair. ~

Annabell waved good bye to Tricia. "Hey, Annabell, do you know where everyone is?" he asked her. "No, sorry Leon." she sighed. Then she turned to Mike. "Hi Mike." she smiled.

Unfortunately, the security cameras hadn't been updated since the school opened, so the tape that the viewers gathered round with interest to watch was grainy with faded color. The angle was, as always with security cameras, a top view. However, neither of these aspects mattered most. What mattered most to the many adults crammed around the small feed was the audio track. And in this case, it was flawless.The feed showed a girl in her early teens speaking to an elderly woman. The woman leaned on her desk and gave the girl a genuine smile as she spoke to her. Around them were tables and bookshelves. But, as was already said, that didn't really matter to the watchers of the tape. The audio mattered. And the watchers were stunned by what was being said. The feed flickered off and the group turned to a man, holding a remote of sorts. The man with the remote spoke."She wants to know too much." He said to the group.Solemn nods followed."We know what must be done." The man spoke again.There was a murmur of agreement.One woman pushed her black hair out of her face with a puzzled look on her face. But it didn't last long. She knew what had to be done.

@redfire77 - Oh NOEZ!!! D: @smilies - You has NOTHING???? D: XD Elisa's personal dorm was being used, as it was by a nurse's office. Elisa frowned. She REALLY wanted to lay down. Her head throbbed, and she prayed that "She" wouldn't cause any trouble that she couldn't get out of.
