@trish - No, but she would have to know how to control and use the power before hand. Leon figured out that static field thing all by himself, so it's not part of the usual power. Heather would have to learn how to make the field.XP Elisa was over come by sudden wooziness. She cussed, and then quickly ran out of the liberary, and collapsed. Lisa stood up, grinning like a crazy person. (Not too far off, actually XP) She skipped over to the student grounds.
