Jade and Jasper criss-crossed until Jade was a step closer to Raven, and Jasper hanging back not-too-near Dove.

Human temperature, and her plain blue eyes that seem a little duller. She was completely human. She was 15. A year before immortality. This was 1955.

Hale saw that December guy take down Guithe and froze in shock, the colour draining from his face. Dusk took the opportunity to pin him to the floor, but Hale recovered and, giving Dusk one last grin, sank down into the floor. He then ran, hoping, praying. Gui... Please be all right, he begged. Stay alive...!

Jasmine's snakes wove in and out of the battle, paralyzing their victims with a single bite. They, unlike Sally's clones, acting without being manually controlled by their user, more like homing missiles if anything, though far more adaptable.

Dove smiled. She had the upper edge. All that preparation had finally paid off.... She'd have her soon. Too bad Raven had survived the ghosting.... It was insanely difficult to kill someone already dead, something Dove neither had the resources or knowledge for. But she could force her into subconsciousness, gain time.... Hopefully this would be enough.

"Mortal." Rosalie's face lit up. A rosy color filled her cheeks. "Rose!" a bleached blonde guy, around 16 to 17 called out, running towards her. She cocked her head. "Jasper?" she asked. Then it hit her. "Roel Crocker." she whispered. "ROEL!" Rose called out, smiling.

"They say 'Time Heals All Wounds', what if there is no such thing as time for her? Wounds can be forgotten." she chuckled a low laugh. "Leighton." a hoarse voice coughed. "Old man. It's still Heather. Wait, Leighton is much better." Leighton laughed. She narrowed her eyes at the hoarse old man, still growing with age. "Your about 70 now. This will kill you around 100." Leighton said. "I have a strong heart." the old man choked out. Heart of a Major Sergeant.

Annabell watched as her friends seemed to fight.... Ugh! Why was everyone so stupid!?!
She took her knife and charged Jasmine, wanting to atleast get rid of the annoying snakes.

Leon was against a wall, watching the battle with wide eyes, feeling helpless. He could hardly move, rather alone fight......
He looked at Alex-Raven helpless, feeling like he couldn't do anything about it. He knew somethings were out of his control, but..... Why was he so useless? Especially since his stupid power turns him pyscho even when he barely uses it.....

Sally grinned and danced about the battlefield with her knife. Ooh, that had thought they'd had her: never thought it was just another clone, that she wouldn't actually take that risk. Unfortunately, here control was nescerary, and she could only use five clones or else be in danger of attacking her own side. And here, she was here in person... But they'd never kill HER...

Annabell snuck up behind Jasmine, after dodging a bunch of crazy snakes, and hit her with the hilt of her knife. Forgeting it was a thiner hilt, she had to hit her two times before she knocked out. Oops.

Leon wasn't fit for battle. He'd never had the heart for it, he valued life too much. Everyone knew that of course, and the only reason he hadn't left yet was because he had to make sure nothing happened to Alex....

Hale crouched by Guithe. She needed help. So did that other guy, and for one second he hesitated. But no, this guy had chosen sides, and chosen wrong. Hale grabbed Gui and sank into the ground.
The nearest hospital wasn't far, and he was sure they'd understand.
He left Des lying there.

Dusk saw the invisible girl take out Jasmine. Oh, he could see her all right. He grinned and tapped her on the shoulder.

Cathy was wounded on her leg by the vicious knife attack. Morphing into a small kitty, she slid through the legs of fighters and straight out the window, yowling. Good thing cats have nine lives, she thought, as she landed on her feet and began nursing her wounds.

Des is dying?(or hurt?) D: Poor guy.

Annabell spun around. It was that boy that she'd kneed earlier.
She clutched her knife.

Leon pressed up against the wall further. He was completely lost. His head spun, he wasn't sure who was dying, or where everyone was.
Where Raven and Dove fighting? He hoped not. Then again, why couldn't they solve this themselves?
They HAD to bring other people down with them?
And he remembered what they said about people not using their powers being weak.
Leon laughed bitterly at that.
He spent all his power trying NOT to use his power. Believe him, it was hard work, trying not to let something evil and the SOUCE of your power overtake you... But it had. His worst nightmare had came true, but atleast it didn't end with a mass murder of his loved ones, like he always feared.....

Dove saw her opening. She slipped a knife out and threw it, good and true.

Riley stumbled out of the closet. He'd finally managed to get that knife free of it's pocket, then saw through the ropes binding him.

Also, I was JUST about to say, "What happened to Riley?" XD

Leon finally found them in the middle. The fight was a sight for eyes, with the mixture of dark and light, but he couldn't take his eyes off the battle.... Then he saw Dove throw it. A knife.
Leon would say the best thing about electricty was it's reaction time.
In the time it took for the knife to leave Dove's hand, Leon had summoned a bolt of lightning out of his hand. (Like how Zuko shoots it, but without the motions or chance it will kill you ;D)
It hit the knife with deadly accurrcy like always. The knife exploded.
Annabell gagged as she felt the air tighten then release in such a sudden wave. She looked and saw Leon with a smug, evil smirk on his face... but it disappeared so quickly she thought she imagined it.

Raven grinned when the knife exploded. It distracted Dove for the critical few seconds it took for her follower to stab her in the back.
Riley had came out just in time to see Angelina fall.
Two identical screams cut through the air, of pure agony and despair.
Then they were cut short.
The funny thing was, neither of them were Dove's or Angel's.
Riley and Alex both simultaneously fell to their knees, then the floor.
Both Raven and Dove were gone.
But only one was gone forever:


Riley.

Leon watched in horror as they fell.
Annabell cursed mentally. She knew Leon should've stayed out of it, but she also knew it wasn't his fault. She ran to the fallen figures, but was brought to her knees by a deafening... BOOM!!!
Thunder that seemed a hundred times louder filled the air. Annabell screamed as it felt like her ears bled, and dropped to her knees.
Leon was immuned to the noise already, but his ears rang even still, and he could only hear things as if they were underwater.He ran to the figures, not sure who was dead or not.....
Still, he knelt by Alex, checking her pulse though her wrist, worried.

December stumbled along the border of waking and sleeping. He knew he needed to heal himself, but his power eluded him, just out of reach. Maybe soon, he would be too...
He didn't care. In this dreamlike daze, nothing mattered...

Annabell stood up, still wobbily because she really wasn't expecting that. She looked at Leon. "Go check the others." she told him. Apperently Alex was alive. Annabell tried to wake her up by highfiving her face. (Lol.)
/Angel's okay./ Leon thought, and moved over to Riley.
He checked his pulse, and after a few minutes, his face turned pale white.
He shot Annabell a look of hopelessness, and she got the message. Mabye she SHOULDN'T wake Alex up just yet.....

The light fighters had went to rejoin the fight only a few minutes to go, leaving him to die.
There was just one thing they hadn't taken into account...
Mickey grinned as his injuries that would bleed any normal human to death closed up before his eyes.
He stood up. His healing was stronger.
Then grimaced. It still hurt like hell.

Des shook himself, trying to build up the strength to keep going.

Leon wondered if he caused this. HE shot the knife to save Alex, but then Raven stabbed Angel/Dove and then Riley somehow magically apeared and died?!? (He didn't even notice the closet. XD)
Either way, Riley was dead.
He didn't know him that well, but still grieved.
He sorta wished his life was a Disney Movie, because then the evil would have been vanquished, and no one would've died except for the people who deserved it. Why coouldn't life be that fair?
Annabell looked around. She was mad at Dove and Raven for even causing this. They were acting like idiots that were EXTREMELY one sided and couldn't listen to reason.
They only saw in black and white, and didn't pay attention to the shades of gray inbetween.

But the fighting hadn't stopped. A small boy had just crept up behind Sally and slit her throat. Most people were lying unconscious or too badly wounded or tired to fight.
And then suddenly the air was alive with objects whizzing through the air and knocking the gifted down where they stood.
Tranquilizer darts.
The government had arrived.

Veronica slung her tranq gun over her shoulder and knelt down to examine the unconscious gifted found outside the mansion. She scowled at how they gave her the easy and safe jobs. She'd proved herself as good (No- better!) then them time and time again. But oh no, it was Veronica at the back, behind the lines and snug and cozy.
The gifted muttered something that sounded like "Don't die," and she laughed. He wasn't even close. Wimp. They shut him in one of the vans and waited for the rest.

Cathy crouched in the shadows, licking her paws and keeping close to the wall, watching the vans pack gifteds in and drive them away. Where were they taking them? She was tempted to follow Jasmine when she saw them taking her, but it was too risky. Where were they being taken? She didn't see Guithe or Hale. Then she saw the girl Raven had possessed. She wasn't with her now, but that didn't matter.
A small ginger kitty leaped lightly in with Alex and was unnoticed by the military.

~ Information overload. Poison. Raven. Dove. Alex. Angel. Fight. Death. Riley. Government. Tranqs. Mickey. Oh, right. Mickey. I trudged down stairs, clutching my arm, and started looking. ~

Shen dusted off himself and stood up. Good thing he had also given the students he poisoned antidote simultaneously. Unfortunately, the Government was here. He considered contacting Kasa, but realized that it would do no good.

So instead he trudged away on his own. He wasn't bothered by the deaths, or the blood. In fact, he had seen more death than everyone else that came here combined. He contemplated going back to Kasa, and then thought about going back to the school. He chose the latter. It seemed that this particular school had some pretty exciting things going on.

Sam seemed to be tranqed, along with Mike. They were being loaded onto the government vans, to be taken back to school.

Leon sat in a fishbowl. Then water started to fill up, and he started to drowned..... Then an electric eel showed up randomly, and started to attack to swimming clowns.....
Leon sat up. Why did that sedidate always give him weird dreams? And... he was back at his dorm?
He wished that it was all a dream... , or more like Nightmare.
He checked his wound. Nope. It was there.
"If it WAS a dream, it was pretty realistic..." he mumbled.

Freesia listened with minimal interest to Delilah's explanation of the training program.
"It's called 10 Keys." Oh great. It already sounded cheesy.
"It's designed to exercise your teamwork and analytical battle skills.
Here is the premise: You are sent inside a structure that has 11 large rooms in a row, each connected to the next with a narrow hallway. You'll face ten simulated opponents, one in each room, except for the last. Of course there will be from 10-15 students in your group. You goal will be to get to the final room in 10 minutes.

This may seem simple, but your opponents will be skilled power users. They won't be easy to defeat. You may think of just taking on each opponent one by one together, but the doors that let you exit each room will close after you've spent 1 minute and 30 seconds in there.

That is pretty much it. Oh yeah, you need 10 keys to actually exit the structure. You get one from each opponent." Delilah finally finished her long-winded explanation.

"Hey, can WE go first?!" Some boys raised their hands. Delilah nodded and led them to the structure, where they entered enthusiastically.
