I hate shoe shopping, because the shoes are always so stiff, and not broken in! D: Though my old shoes ARE (LITERALLY ) falling apart, who knows how that happened. XD

Sam shrieked as part of her hair was burnt off.
"NOW YOUR IN FOR IT!" she shrieked, not too menacingly. Sam sprinted at the man, and before he could flick any boogers, somersaulted into his stomach, with quills like a porcupine. The man howled. Sam stayed stuck like glue to the man, despite her efforts to tug herself out.
"Uggh. I forgot that porcupine quills are like cactus spines. They're impossible to pull out." Sam retracted her quills (they were no longer there now) and stepped back from the writhing man.
"Meanie." Sam stood with her hands on her hips. "PBTHHBPBTH!!" She stuck her tongue out.

"Not so fast, girly." Sam turned around, and was face to face with a man whose body was just beginning to de-mudify, and harden to normal. He came out of the ground, knife in hand, and aimed it at Sam's heart.

"Not so fast yourself." A strange, muffled voice said. The mud man stared at some ooze bubbling up behind him, and pretty soon, a tall thin man with a purple pinstripe suit was clutching the mud man's neck, squeezing tightly through his white gloves.
"L-let. Me go-o." The mud man stuttered.
"Too late." The pinstripe man had a chilling, reedy voice.
The mud man crumpled to the ground, his skin pressed against his bones in a mummy-ish way. He didn't move.
"Thank you." The pinstripe man took hold of the mummified man and his legs seemed to become mud, and sink into the ground. Pretty soon, the pinstripe man had disappeared into the ground.

Leon quickly backed away. "Who let a cat in here?" he mumbled.
