Faith quickly snuck some of the special meds into her bag. They might come in handy one day.....

She wondered where Cookie was.....
She shuttered as she felt a hand on her shoulder.
She spun around.
Chase.
"You're SUPPOSED to be helping us look for the missing subjects." he growled.
"What do you THINK i'm doing?" she snapped.
"FAITH!!!!" Cookie shouted and hugged Faith.
"What is SHE doing out?" Chase questioned Faith angerily.
"She got out by herself?" Faith offered, lying.
Annabell appeared in the hallway, followed by the rest of the group.
"It appears as if she was leading them.... TRATITORS!!" he hissed, turning on Faith and Cookie, a dagger in hand.

Cookie puffed out her chest. "You're not hurting Faith!!!" she demanded.
"And who's going to stop me?" Chase taunted Cookie.
Faith dug for her needles..... /Come on, come on!!/ she thought frantically.
She'd had just pulled them out when she heard Chase yelp in pain.
Cookie's small teeth were buried into Chase's arm.
In anger, Chase slashed at Cookie, striking her across her back with the dagger, making Cookie
drop to the ground, limp.
Faith stared at Cookie's body in horror.
"You ******!!!!!!" Faith shouted at Chase.
"She was a weak link anyway." Chase growled.

Faith threw her needles at Chase with perfect aim.
His eyes rolled to the back of his head, and he didn't have enough time to phase.
Chase fell to the ground, his breath slowly starting to fade...

Faith ran over to Cookie's body. There was a big cut on her back, and she was losing blood fast.
"Can somebody help?!?" Faith cried out.

Annabell ran to the child's side, not knowing what to do. Leon followed.

Des appeared, and on hearing Faith, pushed to the front. He knelt at Cookie's side and tried to heal her.

Faith shook her head in disbelief.
"This is my fault." she muttered.

Cookie blinked. She was hurt, but still very much alive. "I'm ok....." she gasped.

Faith took a few steps when the ground started to shake.
"Oh no...." Faith growled. "Backster. He can control earth.... rocks, cement, and ......" Faith stood still as the ground shook again. "Earthquakes, sadly."

Annabell looked at the dead Chase.
"A needle..." she mumbled. Then, she suddenly remembered something.
"You're the person who kidnapped us, right?" Annabell asked Faith.
"Yep." Faith replied.
"So, before we go anyway, I want an explantion." Annabell told Faith, narrowing her eyes.
Faith checked her watch. They only had 20 minutes....

"This place is horrid." Faith started. "It's a government owned lab that researchs ways to get rid of your power, or to make it control you.
The ones who get their power taken away usually die...... painfully. And the ones that survive don't survive that long, or spend the rest of their lives with an empty feeling. Either way, it's a terrible experience. They steal children from their homes, or in your case, the school.
I was put in charge of capturing you guys.
For some reason, the scientists like Phasers to do their dirty work, mostly because we can't get hurt.
So they hired Backster to train and watch over us... But I got tired of this. I hate this "Job" or whatever you call it. So i'm escaping."
Faith didn't mention the part about how she purposely kidnapped them specifcally, because according to their files, they could get out of trouble.

Faith started to lead the group to the exit...

"Going somewhere?" a voice said as the appoarched the main hallway, a rather spacious one.
"Backster." Faith growled.
A man with greasy black hair and cruel black eyes appeared. "You're not escaping." he smiled.
He then launched a ton of cement chucks at the group.

"What the burrito?!" Cat her screamed at the man. He dodged the cement and hid behind a corridor. Summer followed him. "What are you doing?!" she whispered. "Not hiding. Waiting to attack." Catcher responded. "The time to attack is NOW! Let's go!" she hissed and dragged him out of hiding.

Leon quickly pulled Alex out of the way of a cement chunk. "Careful." he warned her, ducking a piece of cement himself.
Faith pulled a few knives out of her boot and threw them on the ground, by the students.
"Watch out. Like I said before, Earthquakes." she warned them.

Elisa felt the place shaking, but didn't bother with it. She was remmebering, getting more powerful..
Then she was hit by an opening door.
She was knocked out, and Lisa hoped up, and skipped away, laughing as the place shook.
