I dashed there and knocked cither over. My hair flew up, and the beam cut it off, leaving only hair up to here neck. Stunned, I touched my hair. "My... my... hair" I stampered

I noticed that I used sleep before the attack, so my seel should be ok, right? I decided to go to the training room, so my aim would get better. Turns out seel had tons of things to improve on. Agility aim and defense. He was only level three though.

At the same time seel and glaceon trained, I ran laps around the park. A mile in 12 33 seconds, I counted. Down to five? Maybe three? I started to stretch. I first did the splits, fallowed by 30 jumping jacks and 10 sit ups and 3 pull ups. I turned on the timer and started running again. First lap: 3 1 second. second 2. 54 seconds 3 lap: 2 30 seconds 4th lap: 3 minutes. 12 minutes 5 seconds. I went back to the training center. glaceon at leval 6 and seel at 4.
