I'm sorry but I don't like the disrespect throw at the new users. They are the future of eggcave in a sense. I understand the anger they may present because they don't understand what all the creatures are worth and offer something you consider a 'junk egg'. You just need to take the time to explain.

I miss all the older users who have left, don't get me wrong! But what is wrong with the new users? Not having the knowledge we posses isn't bad, they just need to be informed.

@but even when we tell them..Most still don't listen. And when I have a lot up and it says "ONLY FOR A ___" they pay absolutely NO attention. If they want our respect, then we want theirs too.

@dawnfur Yes, I told two users the exact same thing. They wanted my Onny for a normal cave egg and I said no, because eggs you can get in the cave are not worth a special holiday creature. Then they both called me bad words and threatened me...

actually some new users are really nice.

examples: 30-seconds-to-mars, nenielsen, kiru, dancer. not all of them are bad.

@balletninja 30-seconds-to-mars has only been here for a few days, but they feed like everyone and is really nice...

@dawnfur I joined a reaaaaallyyyy long time ago and there were barely anyone playing eggcave...so I was on my own for awhile 😊 all my friends from the old days are gone though ☹️

Yeah. Hopefully once V2 is all good Ian can establish a Moderator base and start hiring moderators. That should help control nasty behavior. And once an official rule thread is posted, that should help too. I think part of the problem is that Ian is busy fixing bugs and such, no moderators, new users feel they can act up like that.
