I carefully surveyed my surroundings and sneered at a girl who sounded scared, but she obviously couldn't see me, I couldn't really see her. "Slaves or food? Hmph. And so why are we still in here like sitting ducks?" I was a bit of a rebel, and I didn't care about fright or snivelling. "I figure we have nothing to lose, we could get eaten or abused ANYWAY." I said, probably stating the obvious.
