I also want to make an apology to those who spent a long time trading to obtain the '09 Christmas creatures: today's update was not intended to be a "slap in the face" to that at all. I am sorry if that's what it felt like.12 hours... that's all.

Hey, I have a foo egg, a baby florn, a teenage roo. But I remember when I was new. I would have been so happy. I am happy for the users who are lucky enough to get this kind of a prize. I hope they freeze them this go round. But, I like the quick release eggs. In fact I suggested it once. Maybe I would have liked a new egg more but oh well. Foos are adorable, and trading will be whacky for a while but it always is. Hopefully things can get back on track soon.

@Ian You should make a post on the blog about how 09 creatures are rarer than 11' creatures. Because some people did work really hard to get the older ones (:

It sounds to me like those who are against the re-release are those who are bitter at not receiving them from the cave. I mean that in the most respectable way, of course. I believe that it will be easier to trade for them from this point forward, as so many users were able to collect them from the cave. I was lucky; my friend Masquerade allowed to trade her Swornt and Florn, and I received a Foo and Roo from my own cove. They are rather difficult to come by, but it won't be impossible to get one if you truly want one.

@Ian Don't worry 😊People will probably seperate them into 2 categories: '09 creatures (traded for) and '11 creatures 😈/edit OH MY GOD! @toy QUIT!

Well, I just hope I will be able to get a Treelar egg for my collection. ^^ And some more Treelars~ 8D (I don't like Foos or Roos, but I lurv those bouncing angerh trees! 8D )

@balletninja Those weighted rarities are extremely helpful in determining how many are in circulation, in relation to other species! 😊 My guess is that they won't change much because even if the number alive has increased the demand has as well.Trading values are still out of whack because '09 eggs are still available but try should stabilize over the next couple of days. My personal recommendation is to not trade until they are retired and conversely, trade now if you're looking for some! 😋

@zac I am hiding a few that I traded for so they won't hatch, as well as I am wanting to see where this goes.The event is going to be helpful in the long run. People were getting stingy (including me) on here with trading. Some people have stopped trading. This will help recirculate. In the end, this will be more helpful then hurtful.
