Destiny sat under the oak tree with Cynders. Cynders purred and pawed on Destiny's books. "I wonder where the clouds come from, Cyn." she pet Cynders gently.

Cypress sat with Diana on a bench outside the training grounds.
'Hey, Diana. I could easily beat you when it comes to strength,' Cypress said.

Diana was reading a book and hardly looked up. 'I know, but strength is your strong point, speed is mine. We'd beat each other either way if it comes to one talent,' Diana replied, and returned to reading her book.

Suddenly she spotted Cypress and Diana and ran over to say hello. "Hi..." she said softly in front of them, blushing.

Diana placed her bookmark into her book and closed it. It was rude, after all, to read while talking to someone. 'Hello, I'm Diana Yew, currently in the school of speed. Cute cat you have there, by the way.'

'I guess so,' Cypress answered. 'But I'm more interested in strength and that kind of stuff.'

"Cypress, Diana and Destiny please report to the hall now." a loud voice boomed. "We should go." Destiny pointed to the school entrance. She gasped. It was closing for the annual celebration! "AAAHH!" she yelled as she headed towards the unbreakable door.

Diana, having the talent of speed, reached the gates before anyone else did. 'The doors will close in a few minutes, you're not that far from the entrance, so don't worry,' Diana said, waiting for Destiny and Cypress to come.

Destiny jogged over. She looked back at the scared Cynder. "What's wrong, girl?" Destiny walked back to comfort her cat.

She checked her watch. Only 2 minutes left, but Destiny wasn't going to leave without her cat.

Cypress looked at the metal gates. They couldn't be too heavy, right? 'Um, Destiny, I might be able to slow the doors down if you need more time. Once the doors lock, they're locked.'

'Okay, we'll be half-waiting,' Cypress said and walked along side with Diana. The halls were a few hundred metres away, and was surrounded by trees. 'The halls are over there, let's go.'

"You're late, students. Take a seat at the back." Miss Elios said. She pointed to three seats right at the back. Destiny walked over and sat with a plop.

'At least we made it,' Diana said, and sat down on the seat next to Destiny's. Cypress sat next to her.
Assemblies, or whatever happened in the hall, Diana took no interest in. Most of the time, it was awfully long and boring so she hoped this time it was not the case.

"As you know we need a pet training ground for all the students who have pets here..." Destiny jumped. Since when did we start having a pet training ground? "Please put your donations into the box near the exit." Destiny rushed over and dropped a five dollar note into the box.

She nodded and stood up from her chair, slipped two five dollar notes into the box and returned to her seat in a matter of seconds.

Cynders quickly hid under a chair. "Come on, Cynders." Destiny grabbed Cynders with a fake smile and went over to Diana and Cypress.

"I'm scared, guys. Will you help me go?" she asked.

'Of course we'll come with you,' Diana answered. 'Doctors and vets are scary, after all.' she stood up from her chair.

'Me too, they seem to take animals really seriously,' Cypress said.

Destiny walked to the vet, shivering. "You know, Cynders still can't fly." Destiny admitted. Cynders overheard what Destiny said, and a large tear rolled down the little cat's face.

Destiny followed. In a matter of time, she was at the vet's office. "Hm, your cat is in good shape. I need to give her a shot to protect her from diseases and stuff." the doctor took out a needle.

Diana looked at the needle the doctor was holding. It was of medium size, and the needle didn't look that thick. Of course, the pain also is according to what kind of liquid is in it. But just at a glance, it wouldn't hurt too much. 'Don't worry, Cynders. It's not as bad as other needles.'
