Some people have a good reason not to.
Most don't though.


I mean, it's not necessary to gift unless you're close, or you want to. I mean, just because you're 'feeling nice' doesn't mean you HAVE to gift your creatures to someone else.


I do agree though, gifting is a very nice thing to do. (:

But some people just don't. They have their own opinions, and I don't really judge people by how much they gift.

Gifting is nice but sometimes gets out of hand.
I gift to my friends but at this point I've been unable to gift any of them considering I'm needing to start working on getting my dream creatures, and I feel that they need to start trading on their own for a while.

I don't understand.

Personally, I don't think gifting is an issue. It is totally up to the giver if they want to or not. It's nice, but you shouldn't expect gifts back if you've given.

I was pinged to that😋 But then I fell asleep....and then the next day I forgot about it😋 THEN the NEXT day...I remembered but it was lost in a sea of notifacations😋

I gifted a bunch today and yesterday😋 I rarely get gifts back...just friendship😋 Thats all I need though

YES. There was an rp once about a high school that was for really smart people, but they also have super powers and can control elements. Plus they transform into animals and have clans.

And people actually played it on here. -.- I forget what it was called, but it was illiterate and just awful.

I remember when pachi had his original gift-giving thread, people actually gave about as much as they received ;^;

Gaah~~ I miss the RP I.S.A.N.E. now that you bring it up. It was pretty nice while it lasted :/ When it was brought back a second time, it couldn't compare to the first, no offence.
And I had one, but people started leaving after some time 'cuz they were too committed to the School for Superheroes. x3

@Chloekinz - Agreed. Not only that but people also fuss over who the gift was given to, they just complain on how the user doesn't deserve it when really their showing that they don't deserve it either.

I see people complain on how Egg Cave and the users are greedy and aren't generous, at this point I'm not seeing any generosity even coming from those who claimed there isn't.

If I were to have been given all the creatures off my wishlist for free I would've been pretty happy, but others would just find it unfair and it'd cause a ruckus because of me not working for my creatures.

Most of my friends that I gift I rarely get anything back.
But I ain't complaining.

I know >.< When someone gifts me, I always want to gift back. I just feel so guilty when I take a gift ^^ Mostly the people who gift, are the people who don't complain. Or the angry people! LIKE ME!!😃

@chloekins - My ONLY problem with gifting.. is most of the time, it involves CC, which (as you know) costs real money. On top of that, if you gift one person, then others start to beg, and I hate having to turn people down when they do so. I try to put more CSP out into the community by having random games (like pick a # between 1 and 100 or something) and the winner gets the CSP egg, but there are more people playing than donating, you know? Gifting is hard to keep up with when the creatures with the most demand are the ones that cost real money. :/

There shouldn't have to be so much thought in gifting. If you want to gift someone then gift, ignore the ones who whine about not getting anything: they just won't get anything then.
