Rose chased Lync into a little area where a group of pokemon was surrounding another trainer. She couldn't understand what they were saying, but she could tell that the other human could. "What's going on here?"

"Well, I heard stories when I was younger that Arceus would choose a Breeder. The Breeder can understand Pokemon. Arceus decided to do this since if Pokemon needed help, they would go to the Breeder to go do a 'traduction' to humans, so it's like a messager between Pokemon and humans.
But recently, Arceus lost his powers to choose who will be the Breeder so he can make sure the Breeder will not be evil, so thats why Pokemon need to 'find' the Breeder to then go tell Arceus who it is." she turned around to Amethyst, "We found the Breeder."

Amethyst looked at Anna. "Did you hear me? I said all legendaries can talk. Other Pokemon can't. Except this Deino here. It had a wish granted."

Actually, all humans would be able to tell what they were saying. These are legendaries (can talk) plus one who had a wish (to talk) granted.
