Stuck in a World of Stopped Time

Humans-

The year is 2543 and time has offically stopped. You are stuck in a world where time keeps replaying for an hour. A specific time between 12 AM(Midnight) and 1 AM. Also known as the witchling hour.
You are stuck in the darkness. Electricity doesn't work and nothing else does.
But, there are these creatures... These, BEINGS that give off light. They are called Electroid Callas.
Fox like creatures that glow like burning embers. Some of these creatures lights are different colors. Some can be purple, some can be blue, and some can even be orange.
Can you befriend one?

Electroid Callas-

You arrived on Planet Earth expecting a clean environment. When you didn't fine that, your kind shut the Humans into darkness, hoping to teach them how to survive in the dark.
Your kind is quick, smart, and great helpers.
You hope to befriend a Human, to stay loyal to that Human and protect him/her as well as you can. But you know that Humans tend to shy away from creatures like you. No matter how elegant you may be, you are different and the Humans haven't seen the likes of you before.
