Should I quit? ^^;

OK, I feel like EC is kinda getting more and more boring, since there's barely any new releases, nothing to do... and stuff... And I feel like I'm moving further and further away from the community - and it's better I face it sooner - my hayday's over; and there's really nothing I can do to get back to it. Now nobody knows me, and I can't make any new friends with newbies, no matter HOW much I try...

There's only going to be a few users I'll be sad about leaving... but, really, I feel like I know nobody anymore. Nobody replies to wall posts. Nobody responds to pings (I know I sometimes don't respond, but I always try to write something...) And nobody's posting on any of my active RPs (and I'm too shy to bug people on their walls >.<). It's like either you're in a circle or you're doomed... and I'm not in ANY friendship circles. More of an all-rounder, really...

So, should I?

@lavender true, but bettafish is because her mom got brain damage and forgot her, so she has a really good reason. and she said once her mom remebers her or her aunt lets her on she will be back as soon as possible. it still sad to see more and more go. D:

Perhaps you should take a short break from Egg Cave and then come back? :/


Your post makes me think that we should make a blog style thread in the forum.
Like, the discussion just comes and goes with posts like how the old blogs used to be :]
Anyone can pop in at any time and maybe meet a couple new friends hopefully 😃

To keep on topic: Maybe it would help users stay on Egg Cave by possibly creating a closer community. ^^
Afterall, that is what seemed to keep Egg Cave together in the early months~

Don't leave me here... hey I am not know too and I don't have a lot of friends, I also get bored but I'll miss the moments when I get something I want and the moments where in I can't have my dreamies and my friends are there to console me ^-^ Just like you ^-^

How can people say there's been barely any new stuff?
Sometimes I DO miss the old days, when it had been a month or two of nice, peaceful, slow conversations, no new blog posts for ages, but no one starting QUITING because of it ><
A new blog post was EXCITING, not taken for granted ><

How can you say no one knows you? /I/ know you! D: Just go through your friends, I for one would answer! 😋
I almost always reply to pings or wall comments, unless it's a trade I'm really not interested in, or new creature suggestion ^^

If you quit, the community will just get worse and worse. And about being in an EC friend circle, most active users here are pretty nice, just talk to them more and build relationships.

And nowadays, when I post on a non-friend's wall, it takes at least an hour to get a reply, and when I start talking about trades, nobody ever gets back to me! (...I'm fairly sure I get back to people on most trades...)
