Sapphire nodded to her, and went over to a small square garden outside of where they were. She showed Lala some of the plants there. She showed her a particular flower with magenta drops like blood on the fluffy white petals. "Show me what you can do first," she said gently.

I focused really really hard trying to make the plant grow but I must have focused to hard because it suddenly sprayed out some type of gas. When it cleared 10 zombies appeared. I screamed in horror.

Sapphire touched Lala's shoulder in comfort. "Just let me deal with it, and stay by my side at all times," she said, emphasizing the word 'all.' She froze three of the zombies, and lashed out with a wave at the rest.
