Siggy ungratefully picked at the omelette he had chosen. "No pancakes please, I'm not much for sweets..." he murmured as Reno had passed the plate around. He also noticed Jasper had picked an omelette as well..."I guess we have something in common, huh?" He pointed towards Jasper's omelette with his fork. [Way to be awkward...] Sighing, it felt like the life was being drained out of him, and it was only morning. He groaned slightly, envious of the playful personalities of Syrus and Silic as they pretended to be mad at each other over food. Hmph. Siggy's mind wandered back to Kennedy. Was he alright? His blue-and-green-eyed gaze settled on Rei. Why was she being so quite?...It dawned upon him that his appearance probably mirrored her own. So, she was feeling the same. Getting up from his chair with a quick pardon to Jasper, he took his plate and sat down next to Rei. "Are...You alright there? You look sorta...Glum, I guess..." He peered at her through his bangs, curious. [She could be a potential ally as well...]

Surprised by Siggy, she turned her head to him. "I-It's nothing..." She muttered, sighing. What if she had no family, if this was all fake? All an illusion?

Kennedy walked down to the kitchen and sat down. "Can I have two plates of pancakes?" He asked the boy who looked like he was in charge of cooking.

"Sure!" Reno stacked 3 pancakes on each plate and covered them in syrup. "Here you go!"

"Hmm." Siggy wasn't going to be fooled by such a plain response. "Well, if you don't want to tell me what's /really/ bothering you, that's...Okay. But just so you know...Even if you don't want me to talk to you, I'll be there to listen if you need it." With satisfaction written on his face, Siggy finished his meal the best he could in silence. [I really shouldn't be wasting food...What if they're low on supplies?] His face jolted up at the sight of Kennedy, quick on his feet, only to zip out the room as soon as that Reno guy gave him some pancakes. "Urk! Err...Aww, he's already gone....Well, at least he's still alive. I wonder...Maybe sick-girl just fell asleep or something..." He murmured, his brows furrowing. A sudden feeling of pity washed over him as a flash of the disturbed child going limp with exhaustion entered his mind. "Ahh, I...Hope she's alright now...." Siggy bit his lip, a tendency he always did when nervous enough. He glanced back at Rei. [I hope she's alright as well...She looks just as bad as I feel. Darn gut. D:]

Kiyomi sat up, rubbing her wrists. She said thanks as she was handed a plate of pancakes. "Kiyomi." She said, "Yours?"

[Let me try this, since Siggy has already been talking to her.]

Rei paused for a moment, watching Siggy polish off his omelette. [Why would he...Offer me something like that? I don't need his help!] "Just leave me alone." She said to him coldly. Siggy only shrugged, his attention now locked on the Kennedy that had already left. "Just because I'm new like you and a /girl/ doesn't mean I'm weak." She fumed, catching Siggy's attention once again. "I---I never implied that you were...." He trailed off, shocked at the girl's accusation. [How could she think that right off that bat? I was just trying to help!] "I guess I should just leave you alone then..." He frowned, standing up. Siggy, even though he was slightly peeved at Rei's dumb attitude, he pushed their recent contact away and went over to Reno. "Uhh, err...Hi. Did you know where that kid Kennedy went? I want to see if he's, you know, alright...I-if you don't mind..."

Rei blanched slightly at Siggy's departure. "I'm just not in a good mood...But he seemed to take everything too seriously. Poor kid's too shy. I guess I didn't really realize how easily he would hurt. But he did offend me..." She quitely talked to herself, with a sudden feeling of being more alone then she had previously felt. "Great. Maybe I should apologize...." Rei murmured, glancing around the table.

@sstwinz This is wayyyy different than the book .ODO Therefore, Silic's different from Alby. But....

"I mean, I just arrived last month, and I've already been stung by a buggin' Griever..." SHe murmured.

Silic knocked on the door, realizing that it was locked. "Hello?" She asked. From downstairs, she heard Syrus yell, "You better not be making any shuckin' babies up there!"
