@piucca Why does this topic fascinate me? And I seriously think this is the best ever. YES. There must be bows, bow ties, mustaches, GOOD THINGS LIKE THAT.

Omg. Yes.

Taxidermy? 😊

I'm taking biology next year, so I hope we get to divesting frogs. 😊
I'm not squeamish around it, cause I've hunted with my dad forever, and I'm used to seeing dead animals, and animals being skinned. ^^
(I'm USED to it, but it still grosses me out a bit. XP Just a bit. XD )

@ieatburgers
I love your user name hehee.

@cafe
Nope, I think Al is very cute 😊
hahaa it does have whiskers ^^;

@pendulum
I guess because it is out of the ordinary.
A bow would be great!

@taffy789
Yes, stuffing dead animals to make them look alive again 😋
Fun stuff hehee.
No worries, it grosses me out too lol.

@whitefall
If your asking about the insides, no.
Just a happy white plastic bag to a happy
green truck that comes to my house two times a week.
Since the skull on this one LOOKS intact I am going to keep it.

@piuci - Yeah, I know what taxidermy is, but I know realize that I put a "?" on the end of it. XD

@piccua
Discect it. In 6th grade, we disected frogs. Our group got the only female frog with eggs. 😸

@taffy789
I figured ^^;
Wasn't sure if you knew it as
taxidermy or something else 😋

@leafpelt
Luck you!
Must have been very interesting to see how all
of the eggs were strung together by a thin membrane 😃

@petraandlana
I like alive animals better then dead ones as well ^^;
Dead ones aren't as fun, some reason they do not play back hahaa

Deleted • 19 February 2012 at 11:23 AM

@piccua
Yes, it was very intresting, but very slimy. I took out the eggs my self. Usually we just disect owl pellets, but sixth grade was better. It was a little gross and smelly , but eggs in a frog are considered lucky.

Well if it was a baby it was very unlikely that it would have lived.
Mercy killing is understandable in special circumstances.

Sounds like a happy life 😃

@univea
I am uploading a photo of it.
I have been quite sick with an ear infection,
so I have yet to do anything but freeze it.
Not even sure what sex it is. 😋

Not sure, it is darn cute in it's current pose.
I was going to have it in a suit and a top hat o.o;
Maybe a cane to help it stand 😊

It doesn't sit right with me to do that though.
To desecrate a body for art... idk

Yes poor thing ^^;

@pwuffy
If done incorrectly, yes.
If you do not take the proper steps it would rot very quickly.
Once dry they should not rot unless exposed to water.

Al is 100% dried up right now and should
not change for the next 50+ years.

@rawrcookies08

Third grade seems a bit of a waste.
Children of that age will not retain the technical information.
The memory of playing with brain will stay though 😋

Third grade I did owl vomit (dry) o.o;
Ninth was a frog
Eleventh was cow eyes

@pwuffy
That would be quite foul o.o;
I wouldn't have it in my house lol
