breaking the very neutral white areas on pages

hi

just thought i'd make this suggestion.

because the white space/areas on the pages really hurt my eyes. it needs to get a bit of color in it.

here are two suggestions - with a very easy fix.

all you have to do is add one line of code in your .css file: profiles_view_egg.css
in the style: .profiles_block

here is the code: background-color:#COLOR CODE HERE;

thats it - one line of code to make the pages easier on they eyes.

thanks!

Not a bad idea, though it would be even better if everyone could pick their own colours for the background, maybe create different themes (I know, sounds like neopets but whatever) and allow people to choose for example to use the old eggcave colours instead of the grey and white areas (I love green soooo...) 😃

I agree. I loved the old colour scheme. 😊
The white hurts my eyes as well, lol. xD

I'm so behind this idea also, the old colour scheme was so much better. All this white is just so boring and hurting my eyes.

@nyxulfr I agree on that one. It hurts my eyes too.

Plus, it doesn't feel much of a "cave" anymore. Caves aren't white and bright after all. 😋

I think it should be a little lighter gray, maybe instead of whatever you're using, #E0E0E0?

@crescentfeather patterned backgrounds would be distracting....

Well, it could be optional.
