Pixle smirked and stopped, staring at the ground for a moment 'I...I didn't take him home...I completely forgot; she muttered, the whispers starting to taunt her as they echoed through her head
'you were good though, glad you found a use for some of your power' she muttered, staring at the ground with a slight grin.

'You didn't take him home, I did. I put his carrier in my bag, but its still in the science wing.' Charlie glanced around, suddenly, the ship skidded to a halt. He flew through the air and landed with a thump. 'We must have landed, Pixle' he said, massaging his back.

Pixle had crouched to the ground as the ship had stopped, keepign herself balanced "Are you alright?" she asked, hoping Trouble would be alright.

'Yeah, I think. How about you, Miss Graceful?' Charlie heard more footsteps. The loud speaker voice boomed again, 'To your posts!'

Pixle smirked slightly 'im not graceful, I fell, just not as bad as you' she joked, freezing up a bit as she heard the voice over the speaker 'welp, run I guess' she joked a bit, getting to her feet

Charlie smiled. He stood up and followed Pixle. The footsteps got louder, and a shadow appeared. Brenden rounded the corner 'So, we meet again Blonde-bay and Fixle' he replied. Brenden held ou his hands and formed a bubble around the two. 'Try getting out of these' he smiled, allowing the bubbles to drift closer. 'Just wait until the Klaxion governmet gets wind of this. They send you to Phase 4. You're familiar with that right?'

Pixle glared at him, she slid against the inside of the bubble, sliding out her knife 'what are you talking about' she snipped at Brendan, stabbing the bubble, the knife just bounced back and dove into her arm, though she didnt show the pain, Pixle just glared at him, the static reflecting in her eyes

Charlie looked over at Pixle, thich crimson bands ran down her arm. Charlie gasped, that was alot of blood.

Brenden began 'On Earth you have sports; football, tennis, swimming, you know. Klaxion has Phase 4, the ultimate sport. Not many survive Phase 1. When we land, the whole planet will watch you both die, while getting a cheap thrill. The rules will be explained later, but for now...' he spun the bubbles and floated them towards the door.

Pixle glared at him 'wwhy dont you go die in a hole' she hudded, clawing at the bubble, slowing a bit as she waisted away her energy, it was pretty much useless, she looked from brendan, back to charlie, and sighed, hugging her knees against her chest

'Ill dig the hole, but you'll die in it' taunted Brenden. Charlie looked at Pixle and mouthed 'Are you alright?'

Brenden floated the bubbles outside the ship. People gathered around, they looked like normal humans. Brenden spoke 'Fellow Klaxions, I have brought the two from the Prophecy. As of tonight I shall fufil my side. The Arreteilons will be putty in our hands!"

Pixle watched the people, her eyes glazed over a bit as her mind raced
Looking back at charlie, she nidded slightly and shivered, the static falling from her hands and ricocheting around the bubble before racing back into her eyes 'what now' she mouthed back at him, biting her lip

Charlie looked deeply into Pixle's green eyes. He swore the were glowing too. 'Play the game' he mouthed 'How bad can it be? We killed 5 people today...' Charlie's stars burned again. 'Not good' he thought.

It dawned on Charlie how serious this was getting. A tear streamed from his eye, losing Pixle would collapse his world. 'I love....' Charlie began to mouth.

Brenden popped the bubbles, Charlie fell to the ground. Two gaurds grabbed Pixle and Charlie's wrists. 'Follow me...'
Brenden led them to a small room. 'Change quickly. Phase 1 starts in 5 minutes. You are allowed nothing but the jumpsuit. I hope you like fire... By the way, there are cameras in the suits. All of Klaxion will be watching... so will Earth.'

Pixle swallowed tightly, lowering her head, the jumpsuit she was wearing from before was already covered in blood, snapping again, she changed instantly 'guess Im getting used to these things, they're pretty magnetic' she thought, sighing and sitting against one of the wals, staring at the floor, her eyes were dull and almost lifeless as her heartbeat echoed in her head, the only thing that re-assured her she wasnt dead
'What were you going to say?' she rasped, looking up at Charlie for a few seconds

'I love you,' Charlie breathed 'Pixle...' Brenden cut Charlie off. The new jumpsuit was tighter that the first.
'Come,' Brenden led Charlie and Pixle near the mouth of a large pit. 'You still want to dig Pixle?" he asked, then turned to the crowd.
'Now they shall ascend...' Woops and cheers rung out. 'So long...'
Thick, black smoke radiated from the hole. Charlie slid along the dirt and gravel....

Pixle blushed slightly and smiled, she was about to speak as Brenden came back.
She shuddered slightly, the smoke distorting her vision a bit as her eyes fogged up, she couldn't make out anything, there WAS no magnet or static field, she started to feel useless as she slid a bit, trying to stay in one spot

Charlie felt for Pixle, the smoke blurred his vision. 'Are you okay?'. Gravel cut into Charlie's palms. 'Shall we continue?' Charlie heard rustling deeper in the cave. 'What do you suppose made that sound?'

Back for a few minutes 😊...

A rumbling emerged from deep within the cave. Charlie began to sweat, profusley. The air had gotten considerably thicker and hotter. The carvern spit into two gapping holes.
'Left or right?' Charlie asked Pixle.

'Deal' breathed Charlie as he turned down the left passage. 'Yell if you see anything.' he called as she turned down the right cavern. Stalagmites ans stalgtites lined the cave. Charlie wondered what was else was lurking underground. A moan followed by a billow of smoke, filled the cavern. Echos bounced of the wall.

Pixle nodded, running up the right cavern, her head pounding and her ears ringing as she ran, stopping as she came to another split off, Pixle turned up the more smokey cavern, her lungs began to fill with the poluted air and the acrid scent of the smoke stung her nose as she walked.

Charlie followed the smoke, embers now drifted though the cavern. 'Must be getting close' he thought. Stepping foward, the ground left Charlie's feet. Actually, Charlie's feet left the ground. A pair of violet eyes greeted him. A large beast had picked Charlie up and dangled him above a firery pit. The creature hissed and beat its leathery wings. It had cat-like features, but was covered in scales.

Pixle's vvision was still blurry as she entered the cavern, she could roughly make out the creature holding Charlie, a slight gasp leaving her mouth as she dove into the shadows, her eyes wide and alive as she picked up one of the rocks, hurling it at the beast, smacking it in the eye 'Put him down you over grown feline!' she called at it, picking up another rock.

The cat-creature roared in pain, dropping Charlie on his head. Everything blurred from Charlie's vision, he could just barely make out Pixle's shadow. Another rock hit the beast, square in the nose this time. Charlie focused on water, sending a stream into its face. 'Chew on that Kitty!' Pixle lobbed more rocks.

Pixle ran up under the beast, running her hand allong the fur on it's belly, static shocked through her fingers as she pressed her hand against the creature's fur, the shock ran through it's body, mizing with the wet fur on it's face, and knocking it out 'Charlie let's go!' she called as she bolted over to him and helped him to his feet 'it's still breathing' she muttered as she looked up at him
