Pixle nodded "Hold on" she muttered, springing off her own magnetic field, up to the bird, pushing it out of the wall, and diving into the hold, a few minutes passed, followed by a loud bang as she dove out and landed softly next to him "three, and a two, and a one, and" nodding, a pulse shot through the arena, the wall shattering "hehehe"

Shards of energy blasted in all directions. The forced feild had been disarmed and destroyed. 'Nice work... Pickle.' Charlie sputtered, still somewhat dazed. On the other side of the forcefeild, the wall that they had entered through had returned. The steel panel seemed differnedt from when the left. The door was still bolted shut. Running towards it, CHarlie hammered on it with his fist. 'Aright Fredon... we playsed your gammy. We winned!' He said still rather out of it.

@swimforlife hey! look up "Repo! the genetic opera" I'm thinking of doing an RP about it =3 what do you think?

She laughed a bit, swaying heavily "C'mon brenden!" she called up at the wall, falling to her knees next to the paralyzed brat. "Let us out!" she leaned back, panting from the energy use. "gaw where is that idiot" she muttered, laying back and yawning.

Deleted • 2 May 2012 at 6:25 PM

@inkstep That is DANG awesome! Pleeeaaaaseeee create the RP! Was the movie good? I might see it, looks awesome

The door clicked and rolled open. Charlie turned his attention to the moving steel. 2 heavily clad soldiers stepped from the shadows.
'Miss Reve, Mr. Bomaby,' the hissed throught thir face guards. Each man to took thier wrists and bound them together. 'Brenden will see you shortly.' A thrid soldier stepped from the door and ran a device across the girl's head. She became contious again. With an odd spring to her step, she sauntered back into the holding dock. Charlie shot a quick glance at Pixle and shrugged.

@swimforlife =3

Jerking away from the man who kept a tight hold on her wrist, she gglared at him, stepping over to Charlie, glad he was somewhat larger than her. Waiting for whatever was going to hapen, her heart began to bbeat off rhythm, static rolling down her brace

@inkstep
Gosh! This was yesterday, I feel so bad. I left you hanging. PC, you do this again and I chuck you out the window...

'Eeeech!' The man of the left hissed, as the satic blurred his vision. 'Engage resistance feature,' he commanded into his head peice. As if on cue, his armour thickened and changed to a metalic silver. 'No more electic remarks from you, Girlie,' he spat, nudding the other soldier. 'You better do the same!' Nodding the second man engaged the protectiong system.

Charlie staggered foward as the solider push his neck toward the wall. They slipped into the ha steel hatch and continued down an abandoned corridor. 'Please,' the man remarked, with sarcasm, 'Take a seat.' A pair of chairs materailzed behind Charlie and Pixle. Lowing himself onto the metal stool, Charlie eyed Pixle. Without warning, a metal beam entwinded Charlie and the chair.

@swimforlife haha it's fine, I have a cruddy cpu right now so it doesn't always ping

Glaring at the men for a moment, she yelped as the metal beam wrapped around Charlie. one of the men shoved her towards the open chair, only to receive a kick to the only open spot on his armor, his lower side. her foot made a soft 'ting' as part of her heel hit the metal. stumbling back, she glared at him, static rolling down her brace again, flicking off behind her and falling to the floor.

@inkstep

Rocking his head back and forth, Charlie lost all sence of reality once more. Something had changed deep within his human psychique(spelling fail). Darkness penetrated his core, a cold, hatred, spread across his limbs like cream cheese on a bagel. The once lime-headed swimmer, had become so much more. Thought-to-be-savior-head-case took a toll on his body. Fantasy blended with reality, leaving only one thing clear. Protect Pixle. She was self-sustainable, but in Charlie's prescence seemed to always be thrust into the throat of danger. He hated himself for it. Pixle was a fighter, but her health was fragile. He immagined her as a baby lark covered in metal armour. Once the armour was disengaged, the bird was valnrable. One false move on his part, could shatter the armour.

The girl's two-second freedom-fit with the guard, landed her with a black eye, and being practacally thrown into her seat, she had to admit, it /might/ have been a bad idea to fight back at that time.
@swimforlife amg people ping me left and right!!!

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 11:28 AM

@inkstep Sorry about the weirdness rant about Pixle being like a little bird. Charlie is unstable...

Stuggling to free his arms, Charlie watched the guards bind Pixle to her chair. He looked over at her with dark eyes. Defenceless, both of them. The beams must have been charged with somesort of chemical that prevented their powers from working.

Clack. Clack. Clack. The sound of Brended's shoes echoed throught the almost empty corridor. 'So nice to see you again,' he spat, voice full of sarcasm. 'I see you mastered our little game. Proud, huh? As for me, I am. Proud that I will be the one to kill you'

Something emerged from the end of his sleeve. It glinted in the dull blue light of the holding area. It was a blade, a rather sharp one. 'I plan to make this as slow as possible, so you two lovebirds can spend as much time together as you like.'

Brended pressed his blade at the nape of Charlie's neck. A trickle of blood snaked down to the collar of his jumpsuit. A loud growl emitted from the shadows.

'KRUFF!' Sir Barks Oddly pounced on Brended, long gleaming teeth snapping malovlently. Trusting the knife into the beast's belly, Brenden pushed the limp body to the ground.

"Stop!" Pixle yelped, her eyes dimming as the creature landed with a thud on the ground, she could already feel tears beginning to well in her eyes, she had only cried 2 times in her life that she could remember, the first time a patch on her heart burst when she had tried to run from her abusive father, and the other was when the mine killed her pet. Well this would be a third time, right before her death. Tugging at the beam that held her in place, she glared at him, her mind racing with anything she could do to keep him from killing them.
@swimforlife haha it's fine ^^

@inkstep Hai! My dog just made the 'kruff' sound...but she was choking on a carrot...

Heart feeling as if had been ripped from his chest, Charlie glarred daggers at Brenden. There was much he could do, but hope Brenden took Pixle first so she wouldn't have to see him die. Slipping his and under the beam, he felt for Pixle's hand. If there was one thing he wanted, it was to die holding her hand.

Slowly rising, Brenden cracked his neck. 'Looks like my little traitor has come to your disposal. Now he will be disposed of.' Two of the gaurds hurriedly picked up the limp, black corpse of the dog. 'So sad,' Brenden said, with a fake sniffle. Taking two steps foward, Brenden looked eye to eye with Charlie. Brenden's hazel eyes flickered with malice. With a swift flick of his wrist, the blade plunged deep into Charlie's stomach. A bead of adrenaline coursed into Charlie's veins, as the pain ate its was up through his gut. His hand slack, and fell to his side. Something bludged his pocket. The gift from his mother. Clamping his fingers tightly around the orb, a bright light burst from the orb, shattering it to peices.

@swimforlife I just laughed, D'awwed, and yelp-gasped XD Poor thing!!! but choking on a carrot?

"No!" she shouted, her eyes brightened for a moment, a large pulse sending through the room, another flash from her eyes and the room pulsed again, her heart was racing now, the beam had neutralized her static ability, but she could still connect with the magnetic field, it was a waste of energy though. Hanging her head and breathing quickly, she cursed at Brenden under her breath, causing another pulse, mostly trying to overwork her heart

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 1:43 PM

@inkstep Yeah, she's fine. I was eating some, and give her the end(if she does a trick) I left the table and she grabbed a whole (baby) carrot. I felt soooo bad. But she's a food monger! Eats just about anything, but she hate potatoes...

The light continued to pulse, seeming to draw Brenden and his gaurds father away from the chairs. 'What are you doing, Bombay?!?' he howled, sheilding his eyes. Several humanoid beings stood in the center of the room. Spririts? One of them pulsated a white light, it looked so much like his mother. 'Mom?' he mouthed, still in shock of what was happening.

A man and a woman being, both glowing purple, looked back at Pixle and Charlie. They raised thier hands into an elaborate gesture. Charlie wondered if the could be Pixle's real parents. The remaing beings looked rather young, as they were shorter that the rest.

Each of the eight beings, held hands, creating a circle around Brenden. A dome of light formed around thier arc, energy radiated toward the ceiling. Charlie blinked several time, debating wether this was realaity or some pre-death hallucination.

@swimforlife hahaha, poor thing though, ah well I'm glad she's ok =3

Mmh..." Lifting her head a bit, Pixle watched the scene unfold, her eyes glinting with curiosity and just a bit of hope, Keeping her eyes locked on the scene while the off-rythm beat of her heart continued to echo in her head.

AMG it's so SHORT

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 1:56 PM

@inkstep

One of the younger being, strode toward Pixle and Charlie. It was also glowing a deep purple. It touched Pixle gently on the cheek, it had the appearnce of a young male (Xavier?). The beams began to retract and bend. Soon the metal clattered to the floor, leaving Pixle and Charlie free. Paleness covered Pixle's presence; she seemed dazed. 'Your heart! Pixle!' Charlie whispered, reaching for her arm.

The dome of light became brighter, energy flowed toward the ceiling. A blood curtling scream rang out. Charlie's hands found his ears, blocking out the horrid sound. He assumed it was Brenden. A few minutes passes, then the light abruptly stopped. The beings looked dull and burned out. Each looked at Pixle and Chalie, giving a small bow. The drifted toward the ceiling and passed through it. Gone.

Her eyes flashed a bit as the familiar being approached her 'You really are gon, aren't you" she thought to herself, staying on her feet as they vanished, though shortly after, an unintentional pulse shot through the ground, a pain errumting in her chest. Taking a shotr preath, the girl collapsed to the floor, unmoving.

@swimforlife *sells bed* I don't neeed this anymore, I'm not going to sleep for a while *twitch twitch*

Pixle's body, limp, was sprawled out on the ground. Charlie knew what had happened, the patch on her heart had finnal ruptured. It would take a miracle to revive her. Nothing Charlie could do could reverse her condition. Kneeling beside her head, Charlie's eye locked, focusing on her alabaster skin. He clasped his fingers around hers, the skin was ice cold. Death. That's what it felt like.

Charlie could nt contain himself anymore. Tears flowed, unrestricted. He sobbed, sounding like a young child. Whatever strenght he once had, deminished. Pixle was gone. His mother was gone. Sir Barks Oddly was gone. Brenden was gone. The last was a good thing, but some how, Charlie felt the weight of the world on his shoulders. The darkness had eaten at his core, now rubbing it raw. A new feeling filled Charlie's veins.

@swimforlife XD Boooooo wont stop freaking me out!

Taking another short breath as her life faded, Pixle smiled weakly at him 'dont die' she mouthed as her eyes went blank, the pulsing stopped, leaving him in silence.
pop, crackle, pop, crackle, the outline of a form stood behind him, it was small, thin, and quick, diving into the shadows, completely hidden, the outline watched him, if that was even possible for an outline to do.

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 2:25 PM

@inkstep Yeah, I was some pretty distubing stuff...

Pop. Crackle. Pop. Crackle. That was the last thing Charlie heard before he slung Pixle's body on his shoulder and sprinted from the complex. He arrived at the steel door and thrust it open, revealing the jungle he and Pixle had just explored. Large tree and bushes, still green and lush, looked even more ominous than before. Charlie's heart pumped the adrenaline spiked hatred throughout his body. Pixle looked so calm in her eternal sleep. Envy boiled in his blood, wishing she was alive and he was dead.

The tear stopped rolling. Eyes blood shot and stinging, Charlie staggered through the trees, looking for a spot to burry her body. A large willow-like tree was the prefect spot. Running back to the complex, Charlie grabbed a kinfe and a shovel. After digging for a half an hour, he created a trench deep enough for her body. With a final look into her red eyes, Charlie gently closed them. Brushing his lips against her frozen one, Charlie planted a final kiss. Gingerly, he lowered her body into the earth and covered it with the rich soil.

Taking the knife, he carved into the tree her name. Pixle Reeve, the best friend I ever had. You are loved, Pixstix. He etched the words with utmost care, taking caution in his spelling.

The outline followed, snickering almost, he had his own devious plan, though not as devious as the other one, a black and white outline formed behind him, knocking him out of the tree with a cruel laugh, she had Pixle's shape, but was definitely not the girl. Black pursued green until he ran into Charlie, fading through him and knocking the boy over.
another lugh errupted from the black outline as it hopped behind the green.
@swimforlife
there's a theory that my friends and I came up with, that when you die, your subconscious mind takes a form and that's what hauntings are, so you're 'on the other side' while you are haunting someone, BAM two places at once

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 2:37 PM

@inkstep That sounds accurate. I belive in spirits, but didn;t really think of it that way!

Charlie felt an odd sensation as he finished his carving. It was a combination of a crawling and a tingling feeling. The abruptness of the feeling knocked Charlie onto his rear. Something echoed through the trees. Charlie could swear it was laughter. The freshly turned earth was full of worms and small insects, Charlie picked up a few and held them in his palm. They were innocent and defenceless, but he squeezed his hand, crushing thier exoskeletons. Blood and insect entrainals covered his hands. Wipping them on his jumpsuit, he stood up.

He was finnished her, nothing good seemed to come from these trees. Each step closer to the building caused Charlie's mind to numb. If there was a prophecy to fufil, he was going to do it. For Pixle. That's what she would have wanted. Though he was nervous, he recalled the first thing she said to him. 'Nervous? You're the only one nervous, here.' Actually, he was the only one here.

@swimforlife =3 I have this whole post death theory XD

Laughing again, the black outline materialized in front of Charlie, acting innocent, giggling again, it leaned up and pecked him, right on the lips, before turning and skipping into the darkness, glancing back at him and motioning for him to follow. she giggled again, skipping in a circle and stopping, holding her hand out, static shootin g from her nonexistant palm and wrappign around him. the volt was barely enough to shock him, and it faded quickly.
Green rolled his eyes "Idiot" he muttered, his voice soundimg more like a chirp, Sneaking over to the girl's grave, a sigh escaped his mouth "Stix you idiot you're going to let your subconscious mind kill your boyfriend...." a soft wind blew through the area "idiot" he muttered, kicking at the dirt

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 2:51 PM

@inkstep Biking to library will be back soon! I love this post-death part! Pixle dying feels so real and sad, but I like ghost stuff!

A soft pulse danced across Charlie's lips. He swore it felt as if someone had kissed him. 'Strange,' he thought. He stepped foward, only to be greeted with a shock. It was like Pixle's presence was still there. His heart lightened, a bit, feeling like she was still there with him. A faint tingle roused him from his dark thoughts.

A shadow flickered across the ground. Something pulled Charlie to move in a diffrent direction. Dumbfounded, he followed this mysterious essence. A blanket of famaliarity covered his shoulders, his tension seem to momentarily slip away.

@swimforlife alright! and I'll bring her back...maybe XD

"Come on, just...stop being dead!" the green pleaded "Look, I'm sorry I could never get your father to turn costody over to me or my uncle, I'm sorry for leaving you with him, and I'm sorry for having my head crushed by clock gears and having my brain leak onto the floor as a result! but please, you're upsetting the balence of things!!!" kicking the dirt again, he sighed, sitting on the floor, another wind and a white glowing form appeared in front of him, static rolling off of her back. "wow" he muttered, getting to his feet and taking her hand, it was obvious she couldn't stand on her own two feet, by the look of her constant swaying. "amazing" he mouthed, smiling.
Guiding the blonde haired boy off, the black outline slowly became more visible, she stopped at a pond, scrawling her words in the mud "Hey lime head!" it read, the mud providing a perfect way for her to comunicate

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 3:40 PM

@inkstep Xavier died by having his head crushed by a clock?!?! Nice!

Charlie followed the shadow with a jog-walk pace. Soon, he found himself staring at a small pond. Lilies and cattail grew from the muddy banks. A frog plopped into the water, causing Charlie to glance down. Something was scribble in the mud. Upon closer examination, Charlie found it to read, 'Hey Lime Head!' Eyes doubling, Charlie though it might be some cruel trick. 'Brenden!' he hissed, smearing the words with his foot. He sat a distance away from the water. Picking up a smooth and flat stone, he skipped across the water. Just as it was about to disappear below the sufrace, it shot back into Charlie'e hand. 'What the!?!?' he exclaimed, standing up. A shock rolled up his back, 'Pixle?' he called, dumbfounded.

@swimforlife XD yea, he was hiding in a large clock tower and his pursuer knocked him into the gears

"Now pay attention and use a brain cell!" she scrawled in the mud, snickering again "Im not entirely dead"

"Follow" he muttered, half dragging the white outline towards where her subconscious had run off "That thing is impersonating you again" he muttered
Staring at the source of her Schizophrenia (another theory of mine) Pixle let out a slight hiss.
"Just wait, you'll be alive soon, but if it tries anything, kill it, no hesitation" he kept his hand on her shoulder, watching the black outline

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 6:33 PM

@inkstep

Glanding at the mud message, the corners of Charlie's mouth rose into a smile. Typical Pixle humor. 'Alright, alright!' He said to the air, not really knowing where her 'spirit' was. 'Brain cells engaged! What do you mean not entirely dead? I just burried you.'

Taking a few steps back, Charlie looked around wildly for a sign of the albino girl. 'Where are you?' Plopping down near the water's edge, he grabbed a cattail and began to chew on the end. It had a water chestnut-like taste, crunchy and rather bland.

@swimforlife i dont want to live here anymore ;-;

"I mean yes I'm dead buuuuuttttttt apparently I can come back" the being lied, it stayed matching Pixle's outline, it just had to remain this way long enough to trick him.
"Stay" Xavier hissed in the girl's ear as she tried to run at the black shadow "besides, he cant see you, and she can make sure you never live again....remember the only reason it's possible is because you have a job to do."

Deleted • 5 May 2012 at 7:07 PM

@inkstep Yeah, I saw that Mr. Sacry Boo deamon.... Ohhh, plot twist! Normal High Schoolers to aliens to ghosts! I like it~

Charlie raised an eyebrow. 'You mean it Pickle? How...' His voice trailed off, mind wandering to the possible scientific explanation. Staring up at the sky of, the clouds looked like waffers in the orange pastel blanket of the sunset. 'Is getting late, I've gotta get back to the Complex,' Charlie muttered aloud. He picked himself up and began to walk toward where he though he had come from. Trees swayed as the night wind picked up. An unseen beast howled, creating an eerie auora. 'Come at me!' Charlie shouted, knowing it didn't matter if the beast maimed him. When it was all over, he'd be with Pixle.
