@swimforlife it's not really a horror, more of a murder mystery, but it's called The Wiker Man, and she is sucked into it XD"I have people to inform" she lied, turning on her heel, her coat tailing behind her as she left, her walk was brisk, as though she was trying to get away from something. Pixle stopped in the darkness, waiting for Charlie to leave before nodding, lightning tore through the air, engulfing the building, instantly covering it in flickering white-orange light. Stepping from the shadows, she stepped in front of Charlie "You said you would have loved to kill them, correct?" she laughed a bit, sounding even more feminin now. "But the look in your eye says you're lying, you're no commander, you're barely able to hold yourself up!" Shoving him to the ground, it was still clawing at her insides, but she didn't know who was watching, and who wasn't.

@inkstep Sounds in triguing, maybe I'll see it sometime! Got to eat, back in a few.The man from the cafe side stepped in front of Charlie's determined stride. A fimine touch seemed to flood the voice. 'You don't have enough water to float on yourself!' Spat Charlie. 'I am as much of a commander as you are!' He hissed, 'I would kill thoses kids twice over, if given the chance. Klaxion is in a dire state, sir, I need to mull over some important political issues. As COMMANDER of the Guard, its my duty.' The pavemnet was cold against his exposed skin. A few stones embedded themelves into his upper arms and neck. Rolling to his side, he stood up and continued walking toward the hotel. Its large frame quickly came into view. Checking over his shoulder, Charlie noticed the man following him. 'You're relentless aren't you? Whatta ya want?' he snapped, clearly perturbed.

@Swimforlife It's pretty interesting, it's hard to explain though, see you in a few min. then! ^^"You're such a filthy liar....and if you're not, I have full authority to kill you myself!" she snapped, flicking the knife from her hand, it pinned him in the arm, barely sticking his skin. "I'm not afraid to." her voice began to rasp again, quiver almost, had she really just done that to him? Lightning tore through the sky as the rain began to pour harder, as she took a step forward to attack him, a tall being stepped behind her, holding a knife to her neck. "You, are in no position, to kill anyone of authority" it hissed, it was one of the men from the phases, she could recognize the voice, he had most likely escaped the facilityto forget what had happened, but was still on Brenden's side. Glancing up at Charlie, the man sneered "Get out of here" he hissed, pressing the blade against Pixle's neck a bit tighter. Another being stepped behind him, grabbing Pixle's wrists. "Search him, confiscate any weapons" The second man grabbed at Pixle's jacket as the first kept the knife to her neck. "Hey!" she snapped, trying to pull away as he jerked the jacket off of her, underneith, she was wearing a white sweater, a harness over the top to keep her back piece in place.

@inkstep I'm back... ooooh, more plot twists!Glaze eyes watched as the man tugged the other man's jacket. As the shroud tumpled to the ground, a thin white sweater was revealed. The man from the cafe was no man at all. She bore a striking resmenlence to Pixle, but how could it be? Charlie had burried her, seen her blood, felt her cold flesh. However, her appearnce was slightly diffrent. A dark black streak ran paved a road through her pure white hair. The red irises were also dipped in inky blackness. A belt-like harness stretched over the top of her sweater-so similar to the one Pixle wore.'Unhand her!' Charlie commanded, to the Brenden's man. 'As you commander of the Guard, release her.'
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 7:45 PM
"I said get out of here, boy, you aren't even old enough to be a commander!" he snapped, runnign the knife down Pixle's back, not enough pressure to cut into the sweature, but enough to get the brace to react with a squeal. "now, 'sir' why don't you explain?" the other man hissed, tightening Pixle's scarf around her neck and making a grab for her goggles. Jerking back, the girl kicked at him, panting now."I'll say it again, Get out of here! " the man snapped, glaring at Charlie.@swimforlife lol yups

@inkstepHe had no choice but to run, however, he stood his ground. 'I'll leave on one condition, give me the girl.' Eyes fixed on the man with the knife, Charlie conjured an orb of water. The waves envolped the man like a gold-fish bowl. He was helplessly trapped in a tomb of H20. 'I may not be your commander, but I'm commanding you to let her go.' He turned to the other man. 'If you don't comply, I'll send your friend here into the depths of Hypoxia. Then you're next,' Charlie hissed, a new sense of rage burning through his body. Stark coldness was unlike his charater, but after Pixle's death he didn't give a care to it.
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 7:59 PM
Glancing around frantically, the other man grabbed Pixle by the collar of her shirt, throwing her to the ground and bringing his foot down on her stomach. She squealed a bit, losing breath easily. The man grabbed her by the head, threatening to snap her neck. "What's so special about her!? Why should we listen to you?" he snapped, twisting her head in the slightest. Pixle squealed again, letting out a slight whimper. Her heart was racing and her breathing was becoming more rapid. @swimforlife

@inkstep'She reminds me of someone, but you left me no choice!' Each word flew from his mouth like poison. The bubble of water envolped the man standing on Pixle. Together, Brenden's men bobbed in the orb as it floated a few inches from the ground. Charlie flashed the girl a smug smile and continued along to the hotel. There was no telling what other people had a warrant on his head. He just prayed that Pixle wasn't rolling in her grave. The looming fortress of a hotel stood along an outcropping of rocks. The scenerey was beautiful in the city lights, considering it was Klaion. Each step across the pavement was weighed down by a gut feeling. Something about the girls wans't quite right. He should have just left her to die. A war was begining, it wasn't just on Klaxion. It was between Charlie and himself.
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 8:09 PM
Part of her was relieved he didn't recognize her, but the rest of her was a bit dissapointed. Grabbing her jacket, Pixle got to her feet, rushing over to Charlie, it took her a moment to catch up, but she succeeded. "Hey, uh....thanks..." she muttered, plucking the knife from his clothing and stopping in her tracks as he continued to walk. "but I still don't believe you."@swimforlife

@inkstepSnapping his head back, he saw the girl once more. Why was she thanking him? Nothing he had done deserve a thank you. 'Welcome,' he said rather gruffly. 'Believe me what?' he asked, confused about her question. He continued up the steps of the hotel. Charlie didn;t want the girl to tag along, as he knew of deception and the reminder of Pixle was difficult as it was. He hoped he would loose her in the midst of the lobby.Lame, sorry! I might have to go.
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 8:17 PM
Sighing, she stopped outside, pulling off her goggles for a moment and rubbing her eyes, "I still don't believe you're on their side" she muttered, sighing and turning on her heel, puling her goggles back on and walking off, lightnign tore through the sky again, the booming clap of thunder following shortly, the rain was comming down in sheets now, and Pixle was soaked to the bone.@swimforlife it's fine, hope you can stay a bit longer!!!

@inkstepIf the girl had seen straight through his charade, then fooling the hotel personel would be unmentionable. Deciding not to spend the night there was a better idea. A clump of bushes near the edge of the woods would be his make-shift bed. Nestling down in the branches, he closed his eyes. Sleep came unusually quick, Charlie dozed off into a world of dreams. It started with the day Pixle dyed his hair back. Scenes of the nurse turned harpie, the heck hound and the final capture by Brenden and the bald man. Each memory was painful. Pixle looked so alive and strong. Prayers were beyond hope, the only was to see Pixle was on the other side of the living realm. Avenging her death would be his only option. More scenes followed; they day they road flying girraffes, the first phase, the fruit, hanging out in the creep house, Trouble, the snake incident in the cafeteria. The weight of the burnen seemed to drag Charlie deeper into his dreams. A the crack of dawn, he awoke, screaming Pixle's name.
inkstep • 12 May 2012 at 11:18 AM
She had spent the night nearby, unknowing that Charliewasn't too far off, Pixle's head shot up at the soundn "hmm..." Sighing, she looked down at her arm, her sweater and jacket were lying next to her, the black tank top she wore was soaked with blood from an incident, though she didn't pay it much mind. "I'm sorry Charlie" she mouthed, messing with her arm and getting to her feet, quickly pulling on her sweater and jacket. She had things to do. Stepping out from her makeshift shelter, Pixle headed back to where she had started the fire, the building was completely collapsed, butned corpses littered the debris. With a sigh, she turned to head back, not finding what she wanted, the hovercraft wreck caught her eye. Grinning, the girl stepped over to the debris of the wreck, laughing out of curiosity, she rushed over to it, instantly finding how she could put it back together.@swimforlife

@inkstepA cold sweat soak Charlie's jumpsuit. The final element of his dream was Pixle's death. It had felt so real, living it over for the second time. Figuring the girl who looked like Pixle had triggered it, he sighed. Standing up, he plucked the leaves from his blonde hair. Opening his hand, the green disks tumbled to the ground and blew away. The morning wind picked up, rustling the tree branches. The warm weather and green leaves caused Charlie to belive it was spring on Klaxion. He and Pixle had left the Earth over three month ago. His mind rushed back to his past life. Did anyone notice they were gone? He guesses no one cared. Stretching his arms above his head, he decided to scavenge in the forest. The dark mud seeped into the canvas of his Converse. The dampness of the soil indicated water was close by. Just the thing to clear his mind! Moments later, he located a pond. Colsing his eyes, he dove into the cool water.
inkstep • 12 May 2012 at 11:38 AM
Working away quickly, the girl was getting things done, better than done, in just an hour or so, she had "fixed" the hover cract, adding her own touch, now it looked more like a dune buggy with a few futuristic add ons "Awesome" she mouthed, grinning a bit and rubbing her arm, the air around her seemed to be trying to suck away her breath, her thoughts slowly wandered to the night before, had he noticed her? Guessing now, Pixle climbed into the newly modified vehicle, pulling the tinted glass dome down. The wheels turned in and began to glow around the edges as the vehicle shot off through the darkness, leaving a trail of light.@swimforlife

@inkstepBreaking the surface of the green tinted water, a loud rumble echoed through the darkness. Charlie paddled on his back, watching the pastel sun nip at the indigo sky. Klaxion had the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The rumble morphed into a low pitched growl. A beam of light appeared and overtook the dark edges of the forest. Ignoring the sound, Charlie swam to the muddy bottom. He sat, legs pressed against his chest. The water was clear, neon fish of every color darted by. He smiled a bit, relaxed by the scene. He wished Pixle was there to share it.
inkstep • 12 May 2012 at 11:51 AM
Glancing behind her to watch the trail of light, Pixle laughed a bit, but the moment was short lived, she didn't know if it was the rebirth of the sun for the day, or her lack of concentration, but the vehicle hit a stop, throwing her from the cock pit and into the lake@swimforlife

@inkstepCorkscrewing through the cool water, Charlie watched his oxygen bubble to the surface. He was caught in the moment, until reality hit. He needed to breathe. Launching from the bottom, he surfaced and noisly sucked a breath. He waded into the shallow water and sunk his toes into the muck. He expected to be swollowed by quicksand, however this was not the case. A grumble echoed in the pit of his stomach. A sudden pang of hunger clawed at his insides. He hadn't eaten a real meal in over a week. Just bread crust and a pomegranite fruit over the days. This new sensation of hunger was diffrent. It penetrated deep into his bone. Even the form-fitting jumpsuit was baggy around his hips. Sighing, a cat-tail like plant caught his eye. He recalled someone telling him that Cattail bulbs were edible. Grabbing a fistful of the greens, a onion shaped bulb was revealed. He quickly washed the root and ate it. Gorging himself on the onion plants, he was overwhelmed. A new hunger took over. Charlie had morphed into someone else. Deshevled. Defeated. Dead. The green stalks of the plants called to him. A gravitational pull triggered Charlie to fashion a wig from the greens. It reminded him of his Lime Head days.

Cursing seconds before she smacked into the water, the weight of her arm and leg dragged her to the bottom as Charlie shot to the surface " c'mon I just got used to being alive again!" she thought to herself, pulling off her goggles to release the pressure on her eyes. Sinking to the bottom of the lake, she shuddered, too scared to move.@swimforlife

@inkstepIn his state, Charlie was nearly oblivious to his surroundings. The sound of water beign displace rocked Charlie from his day dream. From the corner of his eye, he could see a dune-buggy like vehical plotted along the pond. Ripples bounced across the surface. With his swimmer instinct, Charlie figured a being had fallen or been launched into the water. He tromped through the tall grasses and back into the water. The grass and mud wig melted into the pond as he dove to the bottom. The silt had been stirred up, causing visiblity to become rather poor. Shards of dirt and metal whizzed by. A shadowy body drifted lifelessly to the bottom. A phantom wisp of white hair caugh his attention. It was utterly familiar. Pixle! But how? Extending his arms, he grabbed the girl and slung her over his sholuder. Her chest neither rose or fell. She was uncontious or dead. As the water cleared, he recognized her as the girl from before. A tendril of hatred snaked through his gut, but he continued the resuce. After breaching the sufacem he lay the girl on the bank. CPR began as quickly as her back hit solid ground.
inkstep • 14 May 2012 at 6:45 PM
Coughing a bit as she came-to, Pixle sat up and hunched over, coughing again ,her eyes flicked open for a moment, her goggles still wrapped tightly in her hand. "Who's..." glancing around, she looked up at him, her eyes widening as she pulled her goggles over her eyes again, not entirely sure if she wanted him to know it was her.@swimforlife

@inkstepDANG DUDE! As soon as I log in... you're off. Oh well, I know you have a life and Marble Hornets...The resmblence was uncanny. Charlie wondered how may Albino girls had prosthetics. There were only minor diffrences between the girl and Pixle. For one the girl had a black stipe through her hair. She also had black slits residing in the red pools of her eyes. So familair, but a stranger. Once, he had read that mentally ustable people who were dealing with grief hullcinated. Assuming that this was the case, he turned with a smug smile. Something caught in his throat, he turned back to the girl. 'Call me crazy, but you remind me of some one.' He hesitaiated then turned in on himself. 'Stupid, stupid!' he hissed, bashing his head with his fists. 'She's dead. Dead! You felt her cold, pale flesh. You burried her. She's just a figment of your imagination.' Charlie began to pace. A nervous tremmor seemed to come along from nowhere. He developed a minor stutter. Through boughts of hand shaking, he cursed at himself.
inkstep • 14 May 2012 at 7:49 PM
@swimforlife XD I was watching Marble Hornets while you were gone, srry!"Hey dude! snap outta it!" she snipped, poking the ground with her ring and middle finger, a small spark danced arcoss the ground and slammed into his leg, shocking him slightly "Look I'm sorry....I guess I should probably get going..." Pulling on her goggles more securely and getting to her feet, she swayed a bit, wrapping her arms around her sides as she took a breath "just don't be nervous..." she muttered, pulling off her wet jacket and slinging it over her shoulder as she turned and walked over to the vehicle, placing one hand on it as it charged up, the multicolor sparks dancing across the surface in a frenzy of light.

@inkstep Thats quite alright! Its more my fault cuz I poofed for dinner! An electric current zipped up Charlie's leg. He swore it felt real, but was convince he immagined it. The girl stood up, he slender frame looking as if the wind could pick it up and drop it anywhere it please. How many girls looked like that and controlled electric feilds? 'Don't be nervous...' As the words broke from her lips, Charlie nearly froze. The same words she spoke when they met. 'Wait...' he began, laying a palm on her shoulder. 'Do you belive in reading stars?' he asked, the deeper mean was disrupted by the spaced out tinge in his voice. Its usual timbre, like that of a waterfall, dripped into a sound more like a leaky focet. Slapping his cheek, he rubbed his hand across the rosy flesh. 'I...I...ahhh...ahhhh....' he stuttered, as he fumbled for words. 'The stars,; he whispered, 'The stars...'
inkstep • 14 May 2012 at 8:00 PM
"mmh..." she glanced down at his hip before looking back up at him, nodding just slightly "who wants to know." she muttered, ready to run even though he was her friend.@swimforlife gaaaah sorry it's short, Proxies are everywhere XD
Deleted • 14 May 2012 at 8:06 PM
@inkstep No problem, if you're busy we can continue later 😊 Mine's pretty short too...The warmth of the girls skin was so real, however, Charlie still was wary of believing it. 'V?pno hlava rob?' he said, recalling Pixle's native tounge was Slovaki. He had learned a few phrases, in hopes of impressing her. Slumping his shoulders foward, Charlie began to rock back and forth. The grief of her death had deteroiated him. His heart told him to rush to the girl with open arms, but is gut tugged at his logic. His logic stated to stay back. 'Mind over matter. Mind over...matter' he repeated to himself. A small groove of hope carve itself into Charlie's dammaged heart.
inkstep • 14 May 2012 at 8:12 PM
@swimforlife no, it's fine ^^She smiled, not even able to reply, pulling off her goggles and biting her lip, Pixle tugged at her scarf a bit "H..hi Charlie..." she muttered, taking a step back in case she needed a head start. Her breathing was a bit raspy and off beat now. With her heart beginning to race against what it's fastest pace should have been, she took a short breath, trying not to laugh out of pure joy
Deleted • 14 May 2012 at 8:24 PM
@inkstep Alrighty then!Icy eyes overcome with emotion, Charlie was unsure wether to cry tear of joy or fall to his knees. Its you, its really you!' he whispered, taking not that she had backed away. It was proabably for her own saftey. With two quick strides, Charlie stood in front of her, eyes locked on hers. The scarlet pools were filled with soemthing he couldn't put a finger on. Outstretching his arms, he embraced Pixle, not wanting to ever leave her again. The feelings of regeret, remorse and sorrow melted away. Taking a tiny step back, he refocused. 'P..p...pixle! H-h-h-h-h-h-ow did you...I burried you,' he stuttered.
inkstep • 14 May 2012 at 8:30 PM
She smiled weakly, nodding, her hair was dripping into her pink-red eyes. "We have something to do...Xavier helped me..." her voice trailed off a bit as she looked down, frowning. Stepping over to him, she hugged him tightly, more pressure comming from her right, of course, "I'm sorry for leaving, I didn't want to...I didn't mean to..." she muttered, pressing her head into his shoulder "I'm sorry, I'm stupid, I was over working my heart and I didn't pay attention.."@swimforlife =3
Deleted • 14 May 2012 at 8:35 PM
@inkstepCharlie watched as her honsesty poured foward. 'Can it happen again? Overwork your heart, I mean?' he asked, not wanting to make the same mistakes again. 'Xavier...he's not coming back is he? I know it must have been difficult for both of you,' he replied, voice trebling. The whole moment was surreal. 'Was it you the whole time? Back in the cafe and on the street? I was so harsh to you. I didn't want to let some Klaxion Demon goon into my life.' The deep timbre of his voice was slowly bounding back. Pixle looked more beautiful than before, maybe it was just the fact she was breathing.
