Winking emote glitch

Read http://eggcave.com/forums/topic/16852/. It has the (off-topic) conversation between me and qwaszx.

Basically, when you type " ) (but remove the spaces) it does a " then the winking emote (;)).

Problem? It says on the eCode Guide you have to type ; ) (remove the spaces) to get 😉 ; but not ").
