Flakepaw followed the scent of vole. He crouched. Slowly stalking forward, he leapt on top of the vole and snapped its neck.

The mouse slowly began to stop breathing and then it was...........DEAD. Ashfoot carried the mouse to a nice place under a tree and dug a hole and put the mouse in to save it for later.

Cherrykit woke up to hearing Flarekit's yelling. She quickly jumped out of the nest made for her.

Flakepaw buried his vole, and slowly got up again. He scented the air and smelled dog. He froze.
