You are sweet

You are a beautiful star
in the moonlight
You are as elegant as flowing mist
in the dawn
yet
you avoid me
forever

Flying across the sky
Swift, speedy, yet not sly.
Graceful, caring,
Adventurous, daring.
My calla, having a blast
By feeling the wind as she goes so fast.
On her mane, cooling her fur
Blowing gently as she becomes a blur.
Though I can hardly see her she is so high,
She still is shining brightly in my eye.
Her sheer beauty stands out,
Making me want to shout.
"What a charming creature for me to own!"
"I promise you'll never be alone!"
"Not because you are so rare,"
"But because I believe we make a great pair!"
But I don't yell so she can have her peace,
And after she is done our bond will increase.

For Echolocation, my beloved calla.
