~Suggestion~Floating~EC~

I had a great suggestion; I think it would be nice for newbies and those who need Tims Food Shop.

I had an idea that at random times, a picture of EC would bounce around the page, and a little popup says "You have won ______(number of EC) EC!" and then it would be added to your strongroom.

It wouldn't work with CC though, because of course that wouldn't be fair for those who spent money to buy CC... so I decided it would be EC only.

Probably 150-200 is the average, 600 if you're lucky 300 if you're sort of lucky... and all those numbers in between....
