Kei crawled out of the hole and headed to an opposite direction than the gunshots. She didn't have to search much before she found a rabbit and caught it easily. She hurried back noticing how much louder the hunters had gotten, she could already hear their shouts acho throughtout the forest. They might've caught something. As she came in again she quickly fed the little pup and stood next to the exit listening carefully.

"Very close. They were shouting about something. Maybe they've caught someone..." her eyes narrowed as she heard wolf howls and whimpers come from outside the cave.

"I think it's a wolf." she whispered

Hawk-
The scent of wolf blood surrounds me and I lift my head. I quietly follow the scent and come across the 2 human hunters. Their bodies blocked my view of the corpse but I already knew what it was. Staying hidden in the shadows, I quietly make my way closer, ready to scare away the pests. I bare my teeth and crouch, ready to jump into the clearing.
I wait several heartbeats then jump out, snarling and howling very loudly. Being smaller and slender it's harder for me to be caught considering I'm very quick.

Kei slowly sneaked past the two hunters in hopes of not getting found out. She quickly crawled into the hole again to meet Vex and the pup. The little thing was yelping hungrily, smelling the dead rqbbit that Kei had caught.

After feeding the pup she turned to Vex.

"And you are?" she asked coldly.

Vex eyed Kei and the rabbit. His mouth watered hungriliy. He could not recall his last meal.
'It appears your hunt was sucessful,' he said, nosing the kill. 'I'm Vex by the way. Do you belong to a pack?'

Blaze pads along thinking if he will ever be in a pack or even be a alpha.


The things fade away and he picks up a sent of food.


He pounces on the rabbit and gives it a killing bite, then he notices a few wolves and goes to investigate.

'Wazzat?' he asked, not knowing what either were. 'I'm not from here. One day the hairless pink creatures (humans), kidnapped me from my warm desert home. The next day I awoke to a place I could not escape. A metal thing-y prevented me from running away. One day, a rather daft creature lef the door unlocked, so I escaped.' he looked at her diffrent colored fur, "Aren't we the same?" he asked.

Gunshots ring out and I quickly lead the hunters away from the corpse. I had smelled other wolves near by and was hoping to not run into any.

Moon ran her last pup now a full grown male ran along side her she herd a gun shot he fell to the ground she herd him howl for her to keep going without him she ran ,ran faster than she ever did before and she howled a howl of agony wich is used for when a wolf pup dies its like a song

Hawk-
I start panting heavily, becoming exhausted from not having much water and food. I'm very skinny. My ribs show and my stomach growls every chance it gets.
I just growl and keep going, willing to give myself up to save the other wolves in this forest. I hear the sad howl and stumble, coming close to falling.

Luna heard a painful howl, as if a mother lost a beloved pup... she sighed, because she had heard this howl many times and knew the pain to lose someone you love.

From the cave, Luna saw a skinny wolf. She told herself she HAD to help him or her.... She then quietly catched a rabbit, and dropped in front of the hungry-looking wolf, "Here, take it, you look very hungry." she smiled.
