Street Dogs

walked along a street to a human that has a hotdog and beged for some, but the human threw a rock at me and I ran until I found a dumpster. I was glad to find some food, I even found some usefull things like old coat, flat wood, a baseball,est.

Victoria-

Being a teckel was the most wondeful thing that could have had happened to me. Small, cute and fast, it was easy to survive. Althought my species could have back problems, when you are a stray dog, let's say you don't worry much about those type of things. As I trottle near the city, avoiding all the people, I search for what ALL stray dogs struggle to find every day of their lonely lifes: FOOD.

I search in the garbages, looking for something eatable. Being a teckel is cool, because of our short legs and long, thin body, we can go through tubes and sewers, making a quick escape from the humans. And being in Florida, I don't need a thick coat to protect myself from the cold, their is never snow around here! Also, with my cuteness, I can easily beg for food.

I go along the beach side, searching for food. I see an abandoned sandwich, take it and run away at full speed, hopping not to get caught. I eat the sandwich under the patrol house were those creatures get healed and were one seems to watch and rescue others.

Whew.... LONG post... Long like a teckel. XD LOL, pun.

I use my nose and sniff the trail out until I come across a cave, heavily scented with the scent of a male dog.
I pause, looking around.

Victoria-

As I finish eating my sandwich, I run to avoid the human shouts. I run towards a cave and rest at it's entrance, "*sniff* It smells like there are other dogs here... I better leave soon, don't want to pick a fight."

Teckles were mostly build to escape and get badgers, not to fight. Our long backs and short little legs are not the best combo in a battle. Luckily, we can escape and go to places that most strong, big dogs can't have access to.

walked around tring to find dog like him and found none I was so desperate to find someone to fight with so I ran to an abanded house(my house)and went in.I don't know how it got in here but I found a map.I heard a shuffle and I ask "who's there?" Then I watched a bouncyball bounced across the floor so I grouled at the figure

Victoria-

I sit down and relax, catching my breath from all the running. I hide in the shadows to cool down and I keep attention to see if their are any other dogs. I sniff the air, "Uh oh... I better leave soon." I say, getting up.

I smell the odour of blood... and the first who runs through my mind is the idea that there is an injured dog in the cave, "Here goes nothing..." I sight, running into the cave. I see a strange looking dog, I think that it is surely a mix. But I quickly realise that it has a decapitated front leg, "AH! Are y-you ok?" I ask.

I leave and notice a pup walking down the street, opposite of my spot. I quickly cross the road and trot up next to the pup. "Hello there."

"Are you hungry? If you like, you can stay with me and some other dogs. We have food back at our camp." I tower over the pup but smile down at her kindly.

I quickly run outside to fetch some food. I shortly come back to the injured dog with a piece of bread, "Sorry, it's the best I could find."

"You're welcome." I quickly say before going to get more food. I find a big chuck of meat in the garbage, "I wonder what THAT was doing in the garbage... of well!" I say, quickly running to the cave. I drop the piece of meat in front of the dog and catch my breath after all the running and searching.
