Mysterious creature death?

Heyyo. So I'm just coming back to Egg Cave after a long break. -Stretch-

But something went a little weird.

See, I logged on two days ago for the first time in months. I checked my creatures' health, I visited Tim's ... Everything seemed fine.

But today I logged on and found out that my Spookcat, Tatter, had died. What do I do? I'm completely sure that I had her in Tim's.

This happened to me with my favourite creature D: It happened a while ago, so I sent in a ticket and I got her back 😊

If you really did put it in Tim's and it died due to a glitch Ian will restore them!

All you have to do is send a Ticket saying what happened and what creature died. It will then be looked into and if it was a glitch you will find you creature back in you cove with a happy message from Ian 😉

Just don't wait to long cause if you wait a few months your creature will not be in the backup files and will not be able to be restored ☹️

I'd send one asap since it has already been a couple of months 😱

I know cause I asked if my creature that died back in 2010 could be and Ian said he couldn't and explained why...
