I can't post on my wall or anybody's elses, or blog, or status
I can't reply to forum posts either
EDIT: Clearing my cache did not work. I have one browser, IE. I do believe it is Ian's code because possibly it isn't compatible with certain browsers YET.

I can't post on my sisters computer. But I can on my moms. Should I mention my computer died on me and my family doesn't share their computers? That what you get for leaving your computers on and going out for that fancy dinner party, thingy. 😈

Yeah, that's really strange that some people can and others can't.

Make sure you have javascript enabled and clear your browser's cache (or try using a different browser!)

Since its working for some, I'm thinking that its not a problem with Ian's code, but I'm not certain.

I couldn't post either (with internet explorer) But then I tried firefox and it worked! 😃 But It should be fixed because I don't like firefox....xD And not everyone has it 😋

I've not had any posting troubles in V2 so far. That may be all due to me being a firefox user though. XD

Press Select All when you right click and you can type. Thats what I must do

It does not work in Internet Explorer. I've tested it on both Firefox and Chrome on Windows, and theres no problem there.

Hah, let me rephrase that, it does not always work in Internet Explorer, but the problem only persists in the browser.

When I'm on my laptop, I experience the problems.

IE is not exactly adjusted to EggCave, or the other way around. Firefox is the way to go for Egg Cave mostly.

Yeah, Chrome is a much faster alternative to firefox, but a majority of the world's users use Internet Explorer so it can't be ignored, unfortunately. =/

There is an alternative for posting, though. So it not a problem as long as you know the trick.

This happens to me all the time on my new laptop. Just right click, then cick select all, then backspace. Thats how Zac showed me. You should be able to type after that, but you need to do it on every forum post. 😊

Don't download firefox! It makes eggcave ugly! Download internet explorer 9! It helped me 😃
